<small>• Dịng xe Ford Ranger bắt đầu từ năm 1983, khi phiên bản đầu tiên được giới thiệu tại Mỹ. Từ đó, dịng xe này đã trải qua nhiều thế hệ và được bán trên nhiều thị trường khác nhau trên tồn thế giới.</small>
<small>• Ý nghĩa của chữ "Ranger" trong tên gọi của dòng xe này là "người canh gác rừng". Đây là một tên gọi phù hợp với tính năng và khả năng vận hành của dòng xe, được thiết kế để chịu được mọi điều kiện địa hình và hoạt động hiệu quả trong các môi trường khắc nghiệt như rừng rậm, sa mạc hay đồi núi.</small>

Tại Việt Nam, Ford Ranger được ưa chuộng nhờ vào tính năng vận hành mạnh mẽ, khả năng chịu tải tốt và thiết kế bền bỉ. Hiện nay, Ford Ranger có nhiều phiên bản và động cơ khác nhau để phù hợp với nhu cầu của khách hàng. Ngoài ra, Ford Ranger cũng được đánh giá cao về độ an tồn với nhiều tính năng như hệ thống phanh ABS, hỗ trợ khởi hành ngang dốc, hỗ trợ đổ đèo, cân bằng điện tử và túi khí an tồn.</small>
