- Companies that be interviewed
</div><span class="text_page_counter">Trang 16</span><div class="page_container" data-page="16">- Most of the companies interviewed were in the technology industry. The rest are manufacturing, healthcare, finance, real estate, and retail. The employees of the companies interviewed come from many different industries, so this survey is very diverse and the accuracy of the survey is also relatively high.
</div><span class="text_page_counter">Trang 17</span><div class="page_container" data-page="17">- Most of the interviewed companies apply teleworking, except for a few companies with specific jobs that require direct work, such as real estate that need to directly project and meet customers. or the health care industry needs to work directly That is a favorable condition for . our application to work well in the market
</div><span class="text_page_counter">Trang 18</span><div class="page_container" data-page="18">- When it comes to the advantages of working remotely, most of the interviewees said that working remotely helps to flexibly work time, increase work productivity and make better work-life balance. So our application must focus on these strengths. Our application must help users be
</div><span class="text_page_counter">Trang 19</span><div class="page_container" data-page="19">more productive. There must be features that help improve work productivity as well as help users set standards, arrange, and divide work appropriately. Not a single user thinks that the strength of remote working increases motivation So, if our application can create a dynamic . feature for users, such as letting employees see each other's work progress to motivate work, or regularly sending motivational sayings for users That will be one of the advantages of our application
- Regarding the disadvantages of working remotely, most of the interviewees agreed that working remotely will lead to lack of relationship among co-workers. Some interviewees said that working
</div><span class="text_page_counter">Trang 20</span><div class="page_container" data-page="20">remotely increases distractions or reduces employees visibility To overcome the above . problems, our application must become more and more perfect and allow direct messaging or group meetings right on the application to help employees easily interact with each other, helping to increase the relationship between employees as well as increase employees visibility. In addition, the application also needs to have a reminder feature. The application will continuously remind work deadlines via gmail or notify right on the user's phone or computer screen to avoid distraction and distraction of employees.
</div><span class="text_page_counter">Trang 21</span><div class="page_container" data-page="21">- When asked if he wanted to work remotely. Most interviewees would prefer to work remotely or a combination of the two. Except for some face- -face occupations such as real estate or tohealthcare, most people prefer to work remotely or combine the two. The combination of teleworking and face- -face work will overcome all the weaknesses of remote working. toEmployees can work remotely, but they need 1 to 2 days a week to come to the company.
- From the results of the above survey. We can see that most companies adopt remote working, so if our application can meet that need and solve the necessary problems, our application will be widely used
</div><span class="text_page_counter">Trang 22</span><div class="page_container" data-page="22">- In this survey I used google form, one of the most easy to use and widely used survey apps around the world. I emailed senior employees of large corporations and invited them to take a survey. Because this survey is sent directly to the gmail of senior employees of large corporations, the results of this survey are relatively accurate.

<b>2.1.Summary about my system </b>
- With more and more companies allowing employees to work remotely, it is extremely urgent to have an application to manage work effectively. Recognizing that need we wanted to create an application to manage projects and tasks.
- The application will allow the whole team to set common goals, divide the work reasonably, each individual can set their own goals and update work progress. Users can also report work to their superiors through the application, or leave notes for their colleagues.
- With this application, work productivity will be increased many times. Thanks to the function of setting goals and updating progress. Team members can work together and the person doing the next job can know when they can do their job without texting or calling to ask.
- In short, with this application a company or a team will function effectively without having to meet face-to-face. Employees also do not need to report progress directly to the manager, but through the application, the manager can understand the work situation.

<b>3.2.Evaluation of research result </b>
- True to our expectations, the research results help us better understand the needs of the users so that we can come up with a product that can meet and solve the problems that most users have. are suffering. Thanks to that our application has many users, helping us to achieve high sales - Some knowledge that I have acquired during my research:
</div><span class="text_page_counter">Trang 34</span><div class="page_container" data-page="34">+ During the research process, when we encounter a problem, we need to find out the source of the problem, stay calm, and then find a solution.
+ The unity and harmony of the team is very important, the team needs to communicate and discuss a lot before making an important decision in the product development process. + Survey before building the application is very necessary, a survey helps us better understand customer needs, thereby helping us to set goals for product development.
- Some thing that I have to explore more:
</div><span class="text_page_counter">Trang 35</span><div class="page_container" data-page="35">+ After the product is released we have to give a survey to the users about the product experience so that we can continuously improve and develop the product further.
+ I had to learn more about how to manage a team to be as effective as possible to help increase team productivity.
