<b>1.3.2. Implementation process</b>

The project will develop in 2 phases:

</div><span class="text_page_counter">Trang 8</span><div class="page_container" data-page="8">

This is a time for team formation, ideation, market analysis, and product simulation. At the end of the phase will be the project analysis results and the product Demo.

• Time: Many people do not have time for exercise, specifically yoga. Most of thecustomer groups that the group targets are busy with work and they do not have too much time togo to the gym. It is quite difficult for a student to spend at least 2 hours a day going to the gymwhen the school schedule is something that cannot be changed and not to mention theunexpected activities carried out by the school. Hiring a personal trainer to practice can't alwaysbe flexible enough to fit the school's schedule. The common situation is that many students havehired a personal trainer or bought a membership card from the gym but can't arrange the time andjust like that, the new month comes and has to pay money while not using all the benefits fromthe money spent.

• Cost: The cost of going to a yoga studio or hiring a personal trainer is often quiteexpensive. However, not everyone can afford to pay large sums for this. The current average tohire a personal trainer for practice will fall and number 4,000,000 to 5,000,000/1 month, and forbuying membership cards from gyms, it will be divided into 2: Yoga studios (400,000-600,000vnd/1 month) and Gym room (250,000-330,000vnd/1 month). These are the closingcosts for the affordable membership packages and do not include other upgrade packages orpremium gyms. Thereby it can be seen that for not only students but also many other people, spending money to pay for the above amount is something that needs to be considered verycarefully.

<b>1.4.2. Solution from the project</b>

Based on the 2 challenges and difficulties that the team perceives from customers, the team alsooffers 2 solutions to this problem:

• Time: The product supports and helps users flexibly spend most of their time practicingYoga or Gym, even if they face many disadvantages in balancing time for health and work. Thegroup's website will be a useful tool for students when today it can be said that most students

</div><span class="text_page_counter">Trang 9</span><div class="page_container" data-page="9">

always have their own laptop or smartphone to support their studies and it will also be a bridgebetween customers. with group products. Just through the screen, it is possible to use the productat any time that the customer feels fits their schedule without having to depend on the scheduleof a personal trainer or gym.

• Cost: Because the product is about technology and there are no costs for hiring people(such as hiring staff for the gym or hiring a personal trainer), the cost of the product will besuitable for the needs of customers that the group targets and customers can sign up forweekly/monthly/yearly usage packages to suit each customer's spending. Through this, thegroup's products will help customers save their costs, people will not have to pay too muchmoney every month to go to the gym or hire a personal trainer.

<b>CHAPTER II: MARKET2.1. PEST Model</b>

<b>2.3. Business Model – Canvas</b>

</div><span class="text_page_counter">Trang 12</span><div class="page_container" data-page="12">

1. Customer Segments:Who is your target audience?

Who will be willing to pay to use your service?

In order to do the first factor, it is necessary to answer the above two questions. With the group'sproject being an Information Technology product with integrated artificial intelligence, a trendthat is very popular today, students from universities, more specifically, will first introducerecommend to students of FPT Can Tho to test first, because students are young, veryunderstanding and interested in information technology-oriented products, so the team wants tolet you experience this product and give feedback. so that the team can develop products suitablefor many different audiences.

2. Value Propositions:Purpose of using the product:

• Currently practicing is a trend for young people and many of you have been spending alarge amount of money every month to go to Yoga and Gym instruction centers. However, not allyoung people can meet the amount of money for the monthly payment of traditional exercise.• Thus, the team wants to bring a useful and easy-to-use product anywhere, anytimewithout having to go to a traditional gym, which is a Copos - Website that can help users practiceYoga or Gym through the camera of a laptop or phone.

automatically answering frequently asked questions and sending notifications tocustomers.

 Create community and social interaction: An important part of this model is creatingcommunity and encouraging social interaction between customers. You can create yourown online forum, discussion group, or social media channel where customers can shareexperiences, exchange ideas and interact with each other. AI can assist in monitoring andmanaging this community.

 Reviews and feedback: Customer relations also involves reviews and feedback fromcustomers. Collect feedback from customers about their experience using the platformand course, and use AI tools to analyze this feedback data and improve its services.5. Revenue Streams:

Currently, this is a project with a business model based on AI technology and implemented on aWeb platform, so revenue will be based on traffic to the AI Virtual assistants to assist in doingYoga and Gym.

• Usage fee: charge for the right to use the product or service. Customers pay a fee to gainexclusive access to the product for a binding period of time.

• Subscription fee: charges for regular and consistent use of a product or service.• Advertising fee: the project is on a Website platform, so the team can allow some partiesto run ads on websites and collect fees from running ads.

However, in the immediate future, the team is aiming to put the project into free trial use beforeaiming for a fee-based model.

6. Key Activities:
