Nowadays, English is a global language, used in every sector, such as engineering,economics, education, health, and social life. It is very important to learn English, sowe can communicate and get a lot of knowledge from there.
</div><span class="text_page_counter">Trang 2</span><div class="page_container" data-page="2">Therefore, when pursuing the profession of an English teacher, I was aware of myimportant responsibility, deciding what we need to do to possess the necessaryinformation, abilities and teaching strategies. to guide future generations of students.People today are constantly learning to keep up with advances in science andtechnology. As teachers, we are also constantly learning to convey new knowledge tostudents. The current goal of national development is still the top priority of our Partyand State, and to achieve that goal, our country needs a team of knowledge, talent andmost importantly virtue. That foundation is mostly people who have been and are stillin school. To become such an excellent person, everyone must go through a process ofstudying and trying tirelessly while still in school. Teachers in general are people whoare always standing by enthusiastically guiding and imparting knowledge to the younggeneration, nurturing and developing talents to contribute to the country.
I'd like to thank the University of Economics - Technology for Industries Board and allof the teachers in the Faculty of Foreign Languages for making it possible for me tohave an internship before graduation, which will be a significant milestone in myfuture career development.
I also want to express my gratitude to my two advisors, MA. Nguyen Thi Le Thuy andMs. Hoang Thi Kim Thoa, who enthusiastically and warmly guided me during thisinternship period.

Itis not only a means of conveying thoughts and ideas, but also builds friendships, economic relationships and cultural and social relationships. Surely learning languageswill help us develop ourselves, our minds and our personalities. Following the development trend, English has become an international language and is widely used in many countries around the world. As you know, English is the most used language in the world. For that reason, many good learning materials from educational organizations and major universities are written in English. More than half of the websites on the Internet are also written in English, such as newspapers, tools, and global online services. Just knowing this language will give you access to this endless source of information.

In today's integration era, English is also considered a global communication tool, the "key" to accessing the vast amount of knowledge and knowledge of world civilization.Therefore, knowing and using English fluently will help students access diverse knowledge and information from global sources. Not an exception, Vietnam is increasingly developing and popularizing the English language as an inevitable need. Nowadays, English learners can no longer count on their fingers but instead count on their fingers the number of people who do not learn English. One thing is obvious: if you know English, it can help you pursue and get more career opportunities, good jobs, high income... Today, jobs are global - many companies need employees who can communicate with partners and customers around the world, and English is the main language of global communication, so employees who know and can communicate in English will be of great help for the company.

Most worldwide educational resources, documents and books are in English. The global education system at universities around the world has English language requirements and English degrees. Those who study abroad must use English as a means of communication and learning. Lack of knowledge or knowledge of English will be a major inconvenience in accessing and experiencing international educational knowledge.
Therefore, today everyone needs to be fully equipped with knowledge, learning materials, and have access to effective learning methods to apply in life. If from the beginning, learners can have access to the right ways to learn how to teach, learning will become easier, more attractive and more interesting than ever.
2. Aims of the study
It is undeniable that learning English has inspired and motivated students, especially through improving skills, teaching methods and the way teachers create a vibrant atmosphere in each lesson. However, limitations cannot be avoided due to inconsistentways of writing and reading English. If in Vietnamese the spelling and reading are the same and each word has only one reading, synthetic English has too many different pronunciations. There are also many equally difficult things such as learning English grammar or having trouble hearing native speakers speak abbreviations or slang when speaking. And many people may not know, with English, wind sounds are the breath of vocabulary. Ifyou don't pronounce wind sounds, you're speaking Vietnamese-style English. Due to the tone of Vietnamese people, there is no need to have a tail tone. The Vietnamese pronunciation is basically quite simple. And you don't need to be fussy for the other person to understand what you're saying. But English is different. Due to such different thinking, Vietnamese people often ignore the last syllable because they think they are cumbersome. And as a result, we mispronounce it.
Therefore, with all the knowledge gained through the internship process, I want to invest time to learn more about English teaching methods for beginners to find suitablelearning methods to consolidate and improve high quality learning in this subject, helping learners not be too burdened or feel pressured when learning English.

During the internship report, this report focuses on the firm's description, tasks, functions, business activities, to discover an acceptable orientation for the organization.Besides presenting problems encountered, teaching methods help learners learn effectively and provide the most optimal method.
4. Methods of the study
To produce a complete report, I used the following methods to research the topic I chose and another information:
Firstly, I will contact and discuss with department managers and staff of the internship unit. Next is to collect information through documents from the internship unit's website. Finally, I collect information via the internet, newspapers - magazines, documents, publications of associations, research institutes...

Lepoca International English Academy was officially established on July 12, 2016, thefirst headquarters of LEPOCA International Education Development Joint Stock Company, also known as LEPOCA English Academy, located at Lane 68 Hong Mai, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi. LEPOCA English, with its growing speed and increasingly larger scale of requirements, also aims to make travel more convenient and meet an effective learning model for students at LEPOCA. So, after 6 years of operation and development, LEPOCA's current headquarters is located at 413 Kim Nguu building, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi city. And now, a second facility has been opened in Nam Dinh city with full equipment for classrooms at the center.

Throughout my journey called "training", there are difficulties there are stumbles there are successes. But LEPOCA is always steadfast, persistent and increasinglystronger to carry out its mission. So, the name LEPOCA contains many profoundmeanings. This name carries with it the meaning of a "linguistic era" when combiningthe words Linguaggio (language) Zalo and Epoca (epoch) in Italian. At the same time,this is also the abbreviation for the phrase Learning English is a Piece of Cake,meaning learning English is as easy as eating cake. LEPOCA promotes the slogan"Brighter English, Brighter Life".
-Coming to LEPOCA English Academy, you can not only study and work, but alsochange and orient your thinking to become the best version of yourself. With themission "Helping 1,000,000 young Vietnamese people speak English as a secondlanguage", LEPOCA always aims to train and develop for its students two basic skillsin English communication, which are Listening and Speaking skills.
1.2. Functions

Lepoca International English Academy will provide courses with the most modern methods to help students form and develop communication skills, have a good foundation of English knowledge and confidently communicate in English, breaking

Those products and methods will help students enter the language era more confidently, comfortably and effectively.The center always ensures that all teachers are individuals who fully meet professionaland teaching requirements. Lepoca lecturers graduated from universities, have pedagogical certificates, and foreign language proficiency certificates according to regulations (IELTS, TOEIC, TESOL, FCE, NLP Practitioner) with quite good knowledge and skill base. They are all people who understand age psychology, English learning habits and have diverse and rich training experiences.After all, the ultimate goal of Lepoca International English Academy is to help students use English naturally, apply it to life and upgrade themselves.
1.3. Business activities
Lepoca English Academy mainly focuses on three aspects.
The first is about vision. Lepoca aims to become the leading English Center system in Vietnam with international standard education and training quality, always aiming for a 3 - year, 5 - year and 10 - year vision.
Besides, the second aspect is mission. LEPOCA's mission is "Helping 1 million young Vietnamese people speak English as a second language". LEPOCA carries the responsibility of a trainer, wishing to change the thinking and learning style of the young generation, especially students and new graduates based on the LNP learning method - the LNP method. Neuro-linguistic programming method was created by Richard Bandler and John Gri in California, USA in the 1970s.
Finally, core values. Lepoca identifies, selects and preserves its core values and basic principles. First, there is a transparent and streamlined organization throughout LEPOCA's internal and external processes to create the purest, most original and genuine connection. In particular, continuous creativity and innovation are the keys to success, not letting outdated thinking and ways of doing things hinder Lepoca's process of upgrading and developing quality. Along with that is constant creativity, notletting prejudices and routines hinder LEPOCA's process of upgrading quality. Besides, it is necessary to always preserve the value of contributing to the community and the environment. Any research, organizational or economic activity of Lepoca must aim at absolute respect for communities and ecosystems.

And the last method, that is learning reflexes through the Quicksilver Response method of instant reflexes. Through 7 years of experience teaching foreign languages, Lepoca is a place specializing in training English courses aimed at quality - prestige effectiveness for all different types of students. The center provides students with diverse and rich English courses with a solid foundation of knowledge in
pronunciation, phonetics, and vocabulary. In addition, students are trained in listening, speaking, reading, writing, speaking and communicating with foreigners through practical sessions. Along with that, students can learn and become familiar with the test structure of foreign language certification tests (IELTS, TOEIC), practice, approach, and do some appropriate questions, understand test-taking tips, and test effectively.

Communicate with native teachers
Lepoca also offers demo lessons every Wednesday and Saturday evening for those who want to experience a new, modern method of learning English in a dynamic environment. One of the interesting things that the demo class brings is that learners will get a free English level test, so they can know what their English level is. In addition, you will meet and make many new friends who share the same passion for English. Besides learning and education, Lepoca also has team building activities and experiences "Talking with foreigners" or "Western hunting" for short. When participating in these activities, students have the opportunity to interact, chat and increase their confidence when talking with native speakers.
