Development process of the company Kinh Do
In 1993, Limited liability company to build and food processing Kinh Do
was found including a small snack production workshop in Phu Lam,
District 6, Ho Chi Minh City with an investment of U.S. $ 1.4 billion
and about 70 employees.
After nearly 10 years of construction and development, now, Kinh Do is
known as a leading company in food processing with many products: cookie
cake, snack cake, cracker cake AFC – Cosy, chocolate candies, hard candy
and soft candy, bread salty, sweet, cake, ice cream Kido's, Kinh Do moon
cake, chocolate.

1) Location.
In 01/2010, Kinh officially relocated
the headquarters on 141 Nguyen Du,
Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi

selling well in the market. But their goods are marketed not only of good’
quality but also the amount much more.
In recent years Kinh Do continues expanding the sales and made so many
new products to increased sales.
3) Workfocer.

Scale only 70 staff members when it was founded, Kinh Do has a total staff
of 7741 people.Board of eight people, five of whom are relatives of each
other, including three brothers Tran Kim Thanh, Tran Le Nguyen, Tran
Quoc Nguyen; Tran Kim Thanh’ wife is Ms.Vuong Buu Linh and Tran Le
Nguyen’ wife is Ms.Vuong Ngoc Xiem
Except Mr.Thanh, the remaining four are part-time positions in boards of
directors.
Kinh Do goal is directed to a multi-disciplinary group, with a team of
professional staff, enthusiastic, energetic, career-minded developing long,

10,000 / share, with the highest bid price is 46,000 dong / share, average
price of 43,000 VND / share and the lowest 40,500 dong / share.
After over 7 years,share prices trading Kinh Do on 05/03/2012 is
47.000dong / shares.
5) Profit.

In recent years Kinh Do continues to expand the seale and made so many
new products to increased sales.
The company's turnover has increased steadily from 2005 - 2011. In
particular, from 2010 to 2011 turnover increased 2.2 times, reach 1934

billion in 2010 and increased to 4247 billion in 2011.

Pre-tax profit of the company is not stable in this period because the
company expanded its business. Even, in 2008, the company loses 61
billion, years later, profits have increased but still not stable.
6) Future plan.
From analysis of the business environment, the vision, the mission, the
strategic objectives, strategic positioning, customer-focus of the Kinh Do
group, the best customer service solutions combined with product solutions
at advantages and locate a uniform system.
- Concentrate on the development of food-focused, financial capacity,
sustainable links with the agricultural sector in the country, innovative
manufacturing technology, information technology, human resources
training to adapt to development strategy. Implementation of solutions
include: optimal customer solutions, the optimal solution produced, the
complete system solution structure, enhance the value of the system,
assumed to improve financial performance.
