Sau khi khởi động lại máy tính , Windows của bạn đã có được trình điều khiển mới
cho ổ đĩa CDROM .
Lúc này bạn đặt đĩa Audio CD vào ổ đĩa , bạn sẽ thấy các track được hiển thị trong
các thư mục Mono và Steoro với nhiều tần số khác nhau để chép đĩa cứng và nén
thành nhạc MP3 .
Yêu cầu người dùng phải nhấn tổ hợp phím Ctrl + Alt + Del trước khi đăng
nhập vào hệ thống
Bạn mở Registry Editor bạn tìm khóa sau :

Tìm khóa mang tên là DisableCAD (DWORD Value) và thiết lập nó là 0 .
Không cho phép dùng phím Windows

Xóa những địa chĩ trang web mà bạn đã truy cập
Bạn mở Registry Editor bạn tìm khóa sau :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs

Ở phần bên phải bạn xoá tất cả các địa chỉ website mà bạn đã truy cập vào . Ngoại
trừ khóa Default .
Giấu lệnh Run của menu Start
Bạn mở Registry Editor bạn tìm khóa sau :

Bạn tạo một giá trị mang tên là Norun (DWORD Value) và thiết lập là 1.
Không cho phép sử dụng Control Panel

Không cho phép chức năng báo cáo lỗi

Bạn tạo một giá trị mang tên là NoRun (String Value) và thiết lập là 1.
Lỗi khi cài đặt Windows XP
Khi bạn cài đặt hệ điều hành Windows XP bạn có thể nhận được thông báo lỗi như
sau :
Setup was unable to verify drive C:.
Your computer may not have enough memory to examine the drive, or your
Windows XP CD may contain some corrupted files.
To continue, press Enter.
Nếu như bạn nhấn phím Enter . Một thông báo lỗi như sau sẽ xuất hiện .
Setup cannot access the CD containing the Windows XP installation files
Nguyên nhân do :
Mainboard , Bios trong máy tính của bạn không tương thích với Windows XP .
Ổ đĩa cứng hoặc đĩa CD Windows XP có thể bị hư
Cách tốt nhất bạn vào Recovery Console và gõ lệnh sau fixmbr và fixboot để phục
hồi lại các Master Boot Record (MBR) bị hư hõng .
Error starting program: C:\windows\setup\setupapi.dll file appears to be
corrupt, reinstall the file and try again
Khi bạn nâng cấp Windows 98 lên Windows XP bạn có thể nhận được thông báo
lỗi như trên .
Nguyên nhân tập tin Setupapi.dll bị hõng . Để khắc phục lỗi này bạn làm như sau :
Vào Start - Run gõ command nhấn phím Enter
Gõ cd setup nhấn phím Enter
Gõ ren setupapi.dll setupapi.old và nhấn phím Enter

Lỗi Outlook Express 2003
Khi bạn mở Outlook Express 2003 bạn nhận được thông báo lỗi như sau :
Outlook.exe caused an 'access violation' fault in module riched20.dll at
014f:4802bc95.Outlook caused an Invalid Page Fault in riched20.dll.

Nếu bạn nhấn nút OK , Microsoft Outlook Express 2003 của bạn sẽ không làm
việc hoặc khi đó bạn sẽ nhận được thông báo lỗi như sau Unable to load
"riched20.dll". You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or missing a
.dll file.
Nguyên nhân do tập tin mang tên là riched20.dll trong máy tính của bạn bị hư , bạn
tìm tập tin này và đổi tên tập tin này thành riched20.old và tiến hành sửa chữa lại
Outlook Express 2003 .
Lỗi Windows Media Player
Khi bạn sử dụng Windows Media Player để xem phim hoặc nghe nhạc trực tuyến
bạn có thể gặp một thông báo lỗi như sau :
0xC00D10B3:Windows Media Player cannot play this file. Connect to the Internet
or insert the removable media on which the file is located, and then try to play the
file again.
Nguyên nhân do trình duyệt của bạn đang ở chế độ Offline .
Để khắc phục lỗi này bạn mở Tools - Options . Trên thanh Palyer , dưới thiết lập
Player bạn chọn mục Connect to the Internet (overrides other commands) .
Service Pack setup has failed. Access Denied
Khi bạn cài đặt phiên bản Service Pack 2 Windows XP bạn có thể nhận được thông
báo lỗi như trên
Nguyên nhân do bạn cấp quyền người dùng trong Registry bạn tiến hành đăng
nhập vào hệ thống với quyền Administrator hoặc nhóm Administrator .
Bạn tìm tập tin mang tên là Svcpack.log trong thư mục Windows và đọc trong đó
bạn đang cấp người dùng nào .
Mở Registry Editor và tiến hành cấu hình cho người dùng hoặc nhóm người dùng .
An error occurred while Internet Connection Sharing was being enabled. The
dependency service or group failed to start hoặc 1068:Dependency service or
group failed to start.
Nguyên nhân của lỗi này là do các dịch vụ sau đây trong máy tính của bạn vì một
lý do nào đó mà bạn tắt (disable) nó .
Bạn vào Start - Run gõ services.msc nhấn Enter và tìm các dịch vụ sau :

Application Layer Gateway Service , Network Connections , Network Location
Awareness (NLA) , Plug and Play , Remote Access Auto Connection Manager ,
Remote Access Connection Manager , Remote Procedure Call (RPC) , Telephony
Tiến hành nhấn OK và chọn Restart .
Registry File was not found. Registry services may be inoperative for this
session. XMS cache problem. Registry services may be inoperative this
session.
Khi bạn sử dụng hệ điều hành Windows 98 có thể bạn sẽ nhận được thông báo lỗi
như trên và sau đó có thể bạn nhận được thông báo lỗi như sau :
