- By the end of the lesson, the students are able to talk about the Internet and its services.

- People use the Internet for different purposes such as in formation search, ……
- You can hook up to the ISP with a modem and your home telephone line.

Game : “Mind-map”
- Divide the class into groups of six.
- Allocate space for each group on the
board.
- Give each group a set of words / phrases

below on separate flashcards with
different colors ( all mixed up ) and some
glue.
- each group has to pick out the words
they think are associated with the Internet.
- set a time limit of 6 minutes
- as the time is up get all the groups to
come to their allocated areas on the board
and stick the words they have selected on.
- Transition: In today’s reading section,
we’ll get to learn more about the Internet
and its services.
