Nằm trong nhóm bệnh tổn thương tắc
nghẽn TP: Ebstein, không lổ van 3 lá, hẹp
ĐMP, TP “2 buồng“, không lỗ van ĐMP,
VLT nguyên vẹn hoặc nhóm bệnh tổn
thương van 3 lá và TP: như bệnh ULH, hở
van 3 lá bẩm sinh, loạn sản gây loạn
nhòp TP, thiểu sản TP đơn thuần.
Bệnh Esbtein hiếm: 0,6% các bệnh TBS,
phát hiện 1949 cò thể gia đình, nằm
trong phức hợp đa dò tật: tam sắc thể 18-
21 bệnh phôi thai liên hệ Lithium.
