SUMMARY CONTENT OF SUBJECT
APPLICATION OF SIEMENS S7 IN
AUTOMATION MANUFACTURE

Today, in the period of industrialize, modernize in the
country then automation problem, automatic control
problem have a important role in manufacture and
decide many others development.
With a role who is a student in last year of automatic
manufacture branch then I choose companies with
automatic system to serve for my subject.
I have got guide with all myteacher's heart and both
company's carde, I choose two companies. This is
HaiVan cement company and Larger beer company.

Hai Van cement company have a real difficult, this is :
* Company want to raise automation standard of Roto-
packer group from PLC S5 become PLC S7.
* Look for a way to manager number of cement bag
ouput.
And to investigate ability of PLC S7-300, I visited
Larger beer company and:
* Re-Program for conveyor belt system of Larger beer
's company by S7-300.

My subject consist of 5 chapter and make a study of
matters :


* Introduce general about two company where I practice.
* Organization, civil of company.
* Character manufacture, product of company.
* Introduce Process manufacture.
* Equipments, machine group in sphere that I do subject.
* Electric equipments.
* Management idea for number of bag coming-out.
* Operation priciple of Roto-packer and conveyor system
of pour - house.
* Introduce about Siemens S7-200, S7-300.
* Program for Roto-packer by S7-200.
* Program for conveyor system by S7-300.

Chapter 1: Introduce comprihensive about HaiVan
cement Company
Consist of :
* Introduce about company, reason of be born, achiement
* Organization diagram of company.
* Introduce obout organization of company, consist of:
diretor, deputy director of businiss, deputy diretor of
technical, store-keeper, agent,
Role and duty of part:
Director:
* To elaborate the production target, propose and organize
product.
* Manage deirect all activity manufacture
* Represent for company in transaction, report,
* Supervise, conduct and bear duty in front compant about
all operate of company.

Deputy director for business:
Assisting, helping director and staff in activity of
administration, labour, salary, civil, transaction.

Deputy director for technology:
* Guide and shadow, impel carde, worker austere
technology process.
* Shadow quality after repair. Put forward steps safe for
labour.
Shift major:
* Operate every activity of product all dring-chain in a
shift.
* To take Responsibility with director about all his
resolve.

Technic grouping:
Shadowing case of equipments, gauge the parameter,
analyze state of equipments .
Lap bag worker group: There are 8 workers, who attach
to work on 2 conveyors, control coming-out crib to lap
cement bags on the motorvan.

manufacture process cement
There, input of company is clinker, plaster, add.
Output of company is cement loose and cement
packing. Control manufacture process cement packer
by two way:
- Operate local.
- Control from central.


Property manufacture:
Process manufacture cement was assigned 2 stage :

Stage 1: Concoct clinker from mainly materials are :
chaik, argil, slaggy, rock-crytal.
Stage 2: Clinker become mainly materials and was
grinded with 2 supporting materials are : gypsum and
add.

Stage 1 : give up materials:
Motorvan carry Clinker pour silo hold clinker , where
was arranged lowed ground-floor, after was behave by
conveyor 1 to pour in swipe was rained by swipe pour
on conveyor 2, thin coveyor behave clinker to pour silo
clinker.

Stage 2: Give up gypsum and add:
Gypsum and add was behaved on catch of
conveyor but adopt other cycles, don’t immigle.
Taking gypsum and add dow mainly conveyor was
aperated by way:
Pour dired dow 2 show catch conveyor before pour dow
mainly conveyor to adapt bucket of gypsum andadd, they
adapt speed of 2 short catch conveyor.
There is a filter spillage atop of 2 silo.
Gypsum only was poured in gypsum silo, add only
was poured in add silo by a valve 2 positions
derection atop 2 silo to monitor bucket of materials
pour in silo then quantitative weight was put at
conveyor 1.

cements
Materials adopt mainly conveyor pour in grind machine,
commision of grind-machine in mixing and grind,
materials become the farina. This compoud after out of
grind-machine will pass broken system. The first, a part
of compound was sucked by statical broken system
under low pressure, residual part was put on high and

poured in dynamic broken system.

Stage 4: Coming-out cements
Cements from 2 silo can bring to separate cement coming-
out equipments or to 2 roto-packer system. Separate
cement was coming-out by vehicle which have air_tight
box put under separate cement coming-out equipments
However, company usually coming-out cement which was
packed by 2 roto-packer system.
After cements were packet and re-check weigh, they will
follow conveyor to where coming-out, there from they were
behaved to consumers.

Introduce about PLC:
PLC is a programmable controller equipment allow realize
flexible logic controller algorism enact 1 program language.

* Eesy program, easy study.
* Easy to chage control program.
* Shortly.

* Easy maintain, repair.
* Capacity of memory is large to contain compex programs.
* To confide in industrial enviroment, hardware was
standardized.
* Can communication with other intelligent equipment such
as: computer, connect, expand module.
* Can orientate in fiendish enviroment.

Structure, action principle of PLC:
Structure:
All PLC have main compenents are:
*1 program memory are inside.
*1 microprocessor have communication com use for
fish with PLC.

Supporting function:

Function and application of PLC:
Congregete signals and return from sensors.

programthat was saved in memory of CPU, transmit
decisions under activities signals form to input equipmens.

Trasform Ac voltage become Dc voltage.
* Program equipmens:
To use to input the program in memory of
microprocessor.
* Bus system.
* Memory:

Use to saved program and can modify or delete the
content ever.
Small PLC can content from 300-1000 words.
Large PLC can content from 2000-16000 words.
I/O : Signals from sensors or content were connected in
input modules of PLC, excitive organisms were
connected to input modules.

The Process program:
When 1 the program load in memory of PLC,

commisions will save in individually address area in
memory. PLC have counters to count address in
mocroprocessor, the program was realized with gradual
by microprocessor, from top to terminal of the program.
Whenver realize the program from top to terminal call 1
cycle.
