The new conclusions of the study:
1. The extract “Tho thai” had effect relaxtion the uterus and the
haemostatic on experiment
- Extract thothai at three doses (3%, 6% and 9%) had sinifically
decreased contractility on both the rate and force uterine contractions.
- The extract thothai at low dose (3%) had haemostatic effect by
contractive vaculars of the early pregnant rabbit ears.
2. The extract “Tho thai” had effect to treat threatened abortion in
clinic, the drug had no side-effect in clinic and paraclinical
- The extract “Tho thai” had effect to decrease uterus-ache symptom: the
rat of patient had no uterus-ache symptom of study group (72%) and of
the control group (74%) were equivalent (p>0,05). The time to treat
uterus-ache symptom of the study group (8,83±7,29days) and of the
control group (8,43±6,56days) were equivalent (p>0,05).
- The extract thothai had haemostatic effect: the rat of patient had no
haemorrhage symptom of study group (42%) and of the control group
(42%) were equivalent (p>0,05). The time to treat haemorrhage symptom
of the study group (4,36±3,2days) shoter than the control group
(7,62±6,54days), p<0,05.
- The extract thothai had improved the traditional symptom.
- The rat of successful of two group were 82% and 84%.
- Find out no side-effect of the extract thothai in clinic and paraclinical.
