NEGATIVE PREFIXES ( TIÒN Tè PHñ §ÞNH)
A. KHÁI NIỆM:
Tiền tố là 1 nhóm chữ cái thêm vào trước 1 từ, hoặc từ gốc làm thay đổi nghĩa của từ.
Tiền tố phủ định là tiền tố tạo nên từ ngược nghĩa với từ gốc.
B. CÁC TIỀN TỐ PHỦ ĐỊNH THƯỜNG GẶP.
- Tiền tố phủ định trong Tiếng Anh thường là: UN-, IM-, IN-, IL-, IR-, DIS Một số chỉ them vào
trước danh từ hoặc tính từ trong khi một số khác có thể them vào trước động từ.
- Các tiền tố UN-, IN-, DIS- là những từ thong dụng và không có qui tắc. Vì thế phải học thuộc lòng
dạng cấu tạo của từ phủ định.

Thường thêm vào trước N, ADJ.
