1. Model verbs: May/ might
may/ might + infinitive.Form:
Use:

may/ might is used to talk about present or
future possibility.

might is normally a little less sure than may.
It may be a book or it might be a game.
Example:
book/ game

box of crayons/ box of paints
It may be a box of crayons,
or it might be a box of paints.
football/ basketball
It may be a football,
or it might be a basket ball.

flying saucer/ meteor
Evening star/ spacecraft
It may be a boat, or
it might be a train.
It may be a flying saucer,
or it might be a meteor.
It may be an evening star,
or it might be a spacecraft

If. clause: Simple present tense.
M. clause: Simple future tense
Use:
We use this structure when there is a possibility
that the situation in the if-clause will happen in the
future or is true in the present.
Example:
If Ba forgets his lunch, he’ll be hungry at lunch time.
2.Conditional sentence (type 1):
If it this evening, I out
rains
won't go
(rain)

Form:

Complete the sentences. Use the verbs
in the box:

or unlikely present or future situation.
