Form: Wh- + Yes/ No questions
A. How to make Yes/ No questions
1. The verb BE
S+ be => Be + S?
2. Modal verbs:
S + modal + Vbare => Modal + S + Vbare ?
3. Verb ordinary:
a. The present simple: S + V_Vs_ Ves => do/ does + S + Vbare?
b. The past simple: S + Ved/2 => did + S + Vbare?
c. The present perfect: S + has/ have + Vpp => Has/ have + S+ Vpp?
d. The past perfect S + had + Vpp => Had + S + Vpp?
B. How to make Wh- questions.
- Đổi từ được gạch chân thành Wh - word tương ứng
- Đổi S+V trong phần còn lại thành Yes/ No questions

- how deep: sâu bao nhiêu
- how tall : cao bao nhiêu
8. What:
- what kind/ sort of + (n): loại nào
- what + (n): ( nghĩa của câu phụ thuộc vào danh từ kèm theo)
