Abstract:
Twenty four flavonoids and derivatives were determined antioxidant abitity by DPPH
and MDA methods. The results showed that quercetin had the highest antioxidant
activity. The structure-activity relationship also showed that the 5-OH group in A ring,
the o-dihydroxy in B ring and a 4-oxo fuction in C ring in conjugation with the 2,3
double bond were required for maximum radical scavenging potential.
Tóm tắt:
24 hợp chất flavonoid và dẫn xuất được thử nghiệm khả năng kháng oxy hóa bằng
phương pháp bắt gốc tự do DPPH và định lượng MDA. Kết quả cho thấy quercetin là
hợp chất có khả năng kháng oxy hóa cao nhất. Khi đánh giá mối quan hệ giữa cấu trúc
hóa học và hoạt tính chống oxy hóa thấy rằng các hợp chất có nhóm 5-OH ở vòng A với
nhóm o-dihydroxi ở vòng B và 4-oxo ở vòng C cùng với sự có mặt của liên kết đôi 2,3 sẽ
có khả năng bắt gốc tự do cao nhất.
