REPORTED SPEECH
Lời nói gian tiếp là gi?: là lời nói được thuật lại theo từ ngữ của người thuật lại, nhưng không đổi ý.
Lời nói tường thuật có 2 phần
Ex: He told me that he would come the next weekend.
(mệnh đề tường thuật) ( lời nói gián tiếp/ lời tường thuật)
I/ Quy tắc chuyển từ trực tiếp sng gián tiếp.
1. bỏ dấu phẩy, hoặc dấu chấm phẩy sau đtừ said, bỏ ngơặc kép.
2. đổi ĐTNX, ĐTPT, ĐTSH, TTSH
- Ngôi thứ I: (I,me,my,myself,mine,we,us,our,ours,ourselves) đổi theo ngôi của mệnh đề tường thuật. ex: He said,
“I watch TV.”
He said he watched TV
Ngôi thứ II: (you,your,yours,yourselves) đổi thành He/She tùy theo tình huống.
- Ngôi thứ III: không đổi.
3. Lùi thì của động từ về 1 thì.

a, Đông từ trong mệnh đề tường thuật ở thì.
Htại đơn
TLđơn chỉ đổi ngôi và các đại từ.
HTHT
Ex: he says, “I’m feeling ill” -> he says he is feeling ill.


b, Trong câu có từ và cấu trúc sau:
mustn’t + V
had better +V
past perfect
would/shuold + V
ought to/used to +V
mệnh đề sau Wish
câu đk (2,3)
mệnh đề chỉ sự thật hiển nhiên.
4. Đổi trạng từ chỉ thời gian.
To day . that day/To night . that night/Yesterday > the day before/yesterday morning > the morning before/ last night > the
night before/ tomorrow> the following day/ next week > the following week/
Ago > before/now > then/ this > that/ these >those/ here >there/the day after tomorrow/ in 2 days times/ yesterday > 2 days
before.
II/ Mẫu câu cơ bản.
1. đối với câu phát biểu: TT GT
Said  said that
Said to + O  told + O
Ex: he said, “ I don’t understand this sentence”  He said that he didn’t understand that sentence.
Ex: he said to me, “I’ll come next weekend.”  He told me that he would come the following week.
2. Questions.
a, yes/no question. S + asked + O + if/ whether + S + V
she said, “ are you alright, Tom?”  she asked Tom if he was alright.
b. Wh-question. S + asked + O + Wh-qs + S + O.
he asked me, “ what is your namme?”  she asked me what my name was.
3. câu mệnh lệnh.

ex: teacher: “ go out”  The teacher requested me to go out. Ex: “ don’t do that”  the teacher told me not to do that.
