Oil price increases,lots of buses ask for ceasing the activity

afternoon of March, Mr Phùng Đăng Hải_ Director of Hồ
Chí Minh city Transportation Co_operative Union confirms with the reporter
of Thanh Niên that it had 12 members of Co_operative belong to Union
please cease the activity in the past week when oil price has increased over
30% .Acorrding to some co_operative members,increasing oil price led to
price of some services have mass increased such as
material,repair,employee...so living condition of co_operative
member,driver,booking clerk are also arduous.Union has near 1,000 buses
which are in stage paying capital and interest rate for State,many buses were
bought outside project which unsupported interest rate to borrow capital so
they have difficulties when interest rate has increased.In this circumstance,
Transportation Co_operative Union has proposed urgenly to People’s
Committee of HCM city,Department of Transportation and Public Works to
investigate again about falling oil price and cut bus routes in the
morning,evening at absent passengers routes and isn’t subsidised routes.

Bridge Joint Stock Company is a master investor which construct 3 routes
linking with bridge,with total VND 1,247.8 billion.This is the construction
project East belt road (from Phú Mỹ footbridge to Rạch Chiếc bridge) with
capital investmentsVND 379,344 billion,the project build road on the hight
from traffic knot’A area of Southern Sài Gòn with VND 332,11
billion.Acorrding to disicion of HCM city Poeple’Committee,Phú Mỹ
Bridge Joint Stock Company will have completed construction in December
2009

Almost 4,000 mountainous students droupout in Quảng Ngãi
Mr Tran Huu Thap_Sub-director of Training and Education Department
reports that from ended year 2007 to at present, it had almost 4,000 primary
students,junior and senior secondary students dropout in 6 mountainous
districts: Tay Tra,Son Tay,Ba To,Tra Bong,Son Ha and Minh Long.In that
number,Son Tra District has over 1,400,Son Tay with over 1,000. Almost
students dropout at junior high schools.Đinh Tien Hoang senior secondary
school in Son Tay District with over 100 students droupout,who make up
more than 50% of total students.Most of them droupout because family
financial difficulties,or their inability to match the ciriculume
Training and Education Department has missive to conduct Education
Office,junior and senior secondary schools in mountainous districts
analysing the reason why student dropout to find ways to pursuade the
children to return to class.

Birdflu epidemic is recusing in some city

, representative of Animal Health Department (Argiculture

and Rural Development Ministry) said that bridflu epidemic recurred in Cam
Khe District (Phu Tho Provice) and Duy Tien District (Ha Nam Provice)
which killed 124 chickens and purching ducks, positive assaying result with
H5N1 virut. In a few provinces had epidemic such as Quang Ninh, Ninh
Binh where also springs extra new epidemic areas making more than 400
poultry were killed.
In the same day Animal Health Department of Quang Nam provice’s Thang
Binh Dístrics report that it has just destroyed hundreds of poultry of Mr Le
Van Toai (team 15

, Ha Lam town, Thang Binh District) because this
poultry herd had 150 chickens and 300 ducks died before that. On Febuary

, authority agencies also destroyed 1,115 ducks of Mr Nguyen
Van Bay (Hiep Hung village, Binh Hai commue) and Mr Vo Van Đien
(Nghia Hoa village) because hundreds of ducks in herd died unclearly
reason. Noticeably two families bough duck in Ha Tay Province’s Phu
Xuyen District.

Community Cultural House for national minority

, BAT –Vinataba company inaugurated the first
Community Cultural House for national minority in Ia Trok commue, IaPa
District, Gia Lai Province. Cultural House is large more 200 m

and is
furnished equipment such as home decoration, acoustic unit, light, computer,
magic lantern... This is a place where holds community action of commue
such as cultural, literature and arts, meeting and festival, Training course on
cultivated scince- technology ... with total investment VND more 550
million funded by BAT- Vinataba Company.

The children gets chicken-pox increasing
TN-In the past week, the number of children gets chicken-pox going to
examine in Children’s Hospital No.1 upto 150 cases, in that the number has
to hospitalization (into infectious- neurosurgery faculty) to treat over 20
people a day. According to doctor Truong Huu Khanh- Dean of infectious-
neurosurgery faculty, almost of them are infected on skin , some cases are
complicated pneumonia, the age be ill from 7 to 8 years old, included 2-3
moths old. This is the first stage of this disease season, it drags on about 6
months. The symptoms of this disease is high temperature, tired, score
throat, rise red-pot... The disease is contagious by respiratory way.

A Director “free use” nearly by 6,000 pertrol litres
TN_That is Mr Le Van Đe_Director of Tien Giang Station.Acorrding to
inspector conclusion has just reported that from 2004_2006,Mr Đề had 283
trips to go to hometown in Cái Bè District (Tiền Giang Province) on holiday
by public vehicle,with total 41,200km.If caculated acorrding to estimate 14
petrol litres a 100 km of Transport and Public Works Department,Mr Đề has
used more than 5,700 petrol litres for private business.He explained in those
trips has combined private businesses with public affairs but inspector group
did not accepted.On past afternoon ,March 2

Eight houses were burned in HCM city
A big burn had happened at 4.30p.m on March 2

in Pham The Hien
street’s lane 1220,5 District,8 Provice .The place was burned in deep
lane,lots of 4 albowed home,woodfloor burning easily.No one was casulty
but a flame cremated 5 houses,3 others suffered damage 50%.At present,42
members have no where to inhabit.After 2 hours,fire protection extinguish
the fire unit and people have tried dilligently burry fire so the burn was
extinction completely.Now authority agencies are investigating the burn
reason.Acorrding to the witness,it can by joint electricity.

Stopping action of 334 private kindergarten schools(p.k.s)in
Hà Tây provice
Ha Tay Training and Education Department said that People’Committee of
commues,districts,town in Hà Tây have just dicided to stop action of 334
PKS because they neither enough infrustructure condition and the teacher
standard.Hà Tây provice has conducted districts togerther with investment to
expand kindergarten class in semi_public kindergarten schools,have to have
policies encourage PKS which have full action condition in order to sastisfy
people’demand.Ask PKS which have too small range under 6 pupils to have
resposibility reconizance sending to Commues People’Committee and they
are local kindergarten school managed profession.
At present to 2010,provice will has decided ti invest more than VND 70

billion to construct,expand range of some kindergarten schools acorrding to
reaching standard.
