THE MAIN ROLE OF WOMEN IN MODERN SOCIETY
Nowadays, women are playing several roles in the society.
Firstly, only women can fulfill childbearing and childrearing. Our mother
spends almost their adulthood taking care of us. Sometimes they also take care of
our father. That is what women do the best, just like they are born to take care of
the family. This helps protect the family happiness. It is also the way they express
their love.
Secondly, women take the main role in cleaning the house. Some people say
that women are “dish washers” which can work for more than twenty years! But
for their effort, our house would be like a cave.
Thirdly, women also join with men in making money for the family. Today,
we can see women in factories, offices and even government offices. We also
know many of them such as Marie Curie, Alice Munro, etc. who received the
Nobel prizes. They can even make more money than men. And they do that
together with their housework.
In conclusion, women are trying to gain the equality to men in the society.
They want to prove that they can do big things like men and even better. I want to
say that women are playing big parts in our society.
