When we press Start, Plc control a motor. Concurrently
activating a counter (C50), taking the value of Counter as
conditions to control program
Initial idea
Besides, combination of point contacts (So) and timers
provides a stop period (0.3s) after each cord pulling so as
the cutter blade cut the cord.

These parameters were installed by workers, and at the each
cycle, the machine will stop.

Based on surveys of workers, we have realized that the
main reason is that the stage of arranging, workers need
about 10 seconds to rearrange the cord.

→Equivalent a bundle/133.5s
→ Increase to a bundle/machine/1h
