Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to ask for information about your Cooking course. I am
especially interested in the Thai cooking course one week sessions, from April
to October. I am 27 years old and I work at Thai restaurant in Viet Nam.
According to me know, cuisine of Thai is an uniqueness feature with some
foods, such as, Tom Yam Gung, sticky rice of Thai, hotpot of Thai, so on. The
feature of Thai food is spicy and sour. I can cook some foods, I read cooking
book, too. But the next, I have a opportunity to become the main chef, so I need
to improve my Thai cooking skills better.
I have looked at your poster, but there is not detailed information about
Thai Cooking classes in Chiang Mai. Could you please send me information
about prices? I would like some information about teachers and documents, also
places where we will pratice.
