SUMMARY
EVALUATE RESULTS OF CORONARYANGIOGRAPHY CASES WITH OR
WITHOUT PERCUTANEOUS CORONARY INTERVENTION (PCI) AT BINHDINH
GENERAL HOSPITAL.
Objectives: To study morphology of coronary angiopraphic lesions and evaluate results of
PCI therapeutics in BinhDinh General Hospital.
Methods: A cross-sectional, descriptive, retrospective study of all 106 coronaryangiography
cases with or without PCI at BinhDinh General Hospital from 05/2010 to 12/2010.
Results: In 71 cases detected. We performed PCI in 37 cases, 10 cases were over-indicated.
Culprit lesion in left anterior descending (LAD) was 81.69%, in right coronary artery (RCA) was
53.52%, in left circumplex artery (LCx) was 39.43%. The percentage of angiographic success
100%, procedural success 100%.
Conclusions: In some certain aspects, we have some good results initially. Now we need
much more time to get more patients, to follow up our patients and to evaluate quality treatment
and long-term results.
Keywords: Coronary artery, percutaneous coronary intervention.
