1. GPCON

1)GPCON

•Reinforcement or Restoration Method for soft or unstable ground by using swelling stress of Micro-dense Polyurethane
2)Principle
•Widely used in Concrete Structure, Large Breakwater, etc.
•GPCON is expended when it is exposed on the air. It fills up the underground to increse the density of the soften ground.
Reinforce Bearing Capacity & Shearing Strength of Ground

• Capacity of Volume expansion - over 20~30 times,
• Inflation pressure - (50~1,000ton/m²)

2)Compression Strength Test

•GPCON is Semi-permanent since there is no change of the compression strength on the Test period.
3)Tensile Strength Test

•No Change for Tensile Strength

4)Compression Strength Test by Temp. Change

•GPCON shows slight change on Compression Strength Test by Temp. Change.
5)Compression Strength Test by Density Change

•Density and Compression Strength are Proportionally Increased(Density : C.S = 2 : 3)

6)Vibration Measurement by Cyclic Load

•GPCON has over 10 times of the effect of vibration reduction by cyclic loading test, and no contraction shows on cyclic loading test.

7)Soil Pollution Level

GPCON+Silica
Silica

Standard Value

•This Comparison test shows how Silica has soil pollution substance
after inflate GPCON in underground.

•Test Result: GPCON doesn’t contain harmful environment
substance.
