- Phơng hớng nhiệm vụ và chỉ tiêu năm học của trờng
- Các văn bản hớng dẫn giảng dạy bộ môn và định mức chỉ tiêu đợc giao.

Thuận lợi:
- Điều kiện đảm bảo cho dạy học tốt
- Đa số học sinh hăng hái học Tiếng Anh
Khó khăn:
- Học sinh không có môi trờng sử dụng Tiếng Anh
- Khả năng nhận thức chậm,kiến thức cũ quyên nhiều
