Here are a few good suggestions for your teamwork.

Meet prior to activities to decide the following role:






Co-ordinator / Leader.
Time – Keeper.
Rules co-ordinator for each event.
Remember the co-ordinator’s / leader’s job is to direct
the group (not do all the task work)
And to ensure effective teamwork.



2. Manage your team tasks, utilizing the correct sequence
and behaviour as appropriate eg:

Evaluation of ideas with a contingency plan.
Allocation of Roles to all team members.
