Writing Task 2 - Sample 13: Nations' issues

Improvements in health, education and trade are essential for the
development of poorer nations. However, the governments of richer nations
should take more responsibility for helping the poorer nations in such areas.
The undeveloped countries currently are facing serious issues of failure in
healthcare, poor education system and weak economies which only can be solved
by support from wealthier countries. This essay will assert that the richer countries
should be required to share their wealth with poorer countries.
It is essential for richer nations to help the poorer nations to deal with the serious
issues in terms of health. Most of the Africa countries are living under poor
conditions because of extreme poverty and disease such as AIDS which can be
improved if rich countries organize international help programs. For example, rich
countries can donate medicine and also send doctors and nurses to treat patients
and train local staff. Otherwise, it is significantly difficult for those unfortunate
living in these countries to get out of devastating consequences of illnesses.
In terms of education, it will never be improved in developing countries without
aid from developed countries because of poor education systems which might lead
to unemployment rate increasing. In order to help, the wealthier nations can
supply funds to open schools such as polytechnic and prestigious institutions to
educate people effectively in a better structure. It is one of the best solutions
because education is the major background of any nations.
The final major issue is weak international trade which needs assistance from
industrialised countries. Most of the poor countries reply on exporting agricultural
products and raw materials while they must import industrial products that result in
a huge financial deficit. Regarding to this issue, these countries’ financial issues

will be improved if wealthier countries forgive a large of debt and give adequate
loan programs.
In conclusion, there is no doubt that leaders of the developed countries play a

significant essential role in aiding developing nations in dealing with serious issues
of healthcare, education and commerce.
