I think that a competitive nature is necessary to be successful in a corporate
environment, but competitiveness does not mean vying with my co-workers for
recognition, raises or promotions. If I do my work well and always give my best
effort, the rewards will come. I’ve found it the only real way to succeed.
However, I do compete with myself. I always try to do something better and
faster than I did it the last time. Especially, I am highly competitive when it
comes to improving the benefits of my organization.

understand that some people like to leave the work at the office and finish it the

responsibility a job, I’ll take it seriously and make every effort to do it. I believe

It is true that no-one like to be criticized . Some people even feel that they are
insulted. When they are hurt or angry, they either overreact to it or black out the
criticism totally. If it is due to something I did, I want to know as soon as
possible so I can clarify the misunderstanding. At university, I learnt to
welcome comments of other people and saw them as positive feedback to
improve myself. If there is something wrong, I will take time to think, sit down
and talk it over calmly with my boss. I think criticism and comments make us
better.

I know that there are so many things at work, and they can make us stressful.

properly, exercise regularly, and take vitamins. When work causes such

perspective on the situation. There’re nothing impossible if we set a mind for it.
