16922 present perfect progressive

We often use the Present Perfect Progressive with the same meaning as the
Present Perfect Tense. The two tenses are nearly the same, but the
Progressive Tense gives a stronger idea that the action is still continuing or
that it has only just finished.

I have been talking to Peter for two hours. ( I have just finished talking
or perhaps we’ll talk again ).
