SKILL 2- KEEPING A CONVERSATION GOING

 Give short encouraging statements such as “Really?”, “Is that so?” and
“Goodness!”, and so on.
 Don’t interrupt. Listen to the full answer to your question.
 Organize your ideas before telling a story about you, and you’ll feel more
confident as you speak. Remember to look up words that you’ll need when
you tell the story.

Find the words for the actions that are described below.

How to do / play

You roast or broil (meat, fish, etc.) over hot coals or an open
fire in your backyard.
You make a piece of cloth from wool by using a pair of long
metal sticks.
You see a play (=a story that is performed on a stage) with
