How important is sport for you?
Sport is one of the benefits of our life. I think that everyone must do all possible to be healthy and keep
fit. And sport helps us in it. So if you want to keep fit you are go in for sports. It also helps people to
loose weight and free them from many diseases. There are many kinds of sport: swimming, running,
riding the bicycle, tennis, wrestling, etc. I like swimming very much. It makes me healthy and strong.
Swimmers always have a good posture. I like tennis too. It develops our adroitness and moreover all
tennis players have a perfect grace. Going in for sports make us strong-willed, determined and energetic.
Nowadays we have all possibilities to train in specialized fitness clubs under the guidance of experienced
instructors. Of course, some of us want to watch TV, eat sweets and to have a rest but we must remember
that it is a harmful life-style and only sport will help us to be healthy and happy. So you can see that sport
is an essential part of my life and I’m very keen on it. When I go in for sport I am cheerful, active, full of
energy and feel wonderful. That’s why I think that sport is very important in my everyday life.
