In the future, Hiep Phuoc Industrial Zone will be expanding; staff will increase from 10,000

today to more than 20,000 in the next 5 years. Along with the increased demand is demand for
enhancing knowledge, self-improving more and more. So Hiep Phuoc Industrial Zone staff will
want to have a quiet and spacious place having abundant, diverse books and materials for
research and study. Therefore, the investment, opening a library here is desirable, to meet the
needs of people.
Project Name: Project of establishing library in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Zone
Place:
The library is located on the 5th floor of the building B, consists of 5 rooms:
Self-study room.
Reading room, newspapers and magazines
Foreign Language Room
Thesis Room
Room rare and valuable documents
Project management group chose this place because it has advantages and benefits as follows:
Library aloft will be cool, quiet
If the employees go to the library, there will be plenty of time to learn more because the full
equipment and ideas hesitate to go up and down takes time.
Zone B in the direction of the southeast so library will not be hot in the summer and the
winter winds, creating conditions to ensure the employees' health.

Human Resources Management Board

Each Committee has a Chairman, responsible for all aspects of the project to the head and to the
law.
As the project leader assigned to specific departments, project teams must be concretized in
writing, signed and stamped and certified by the parties.
After having established the Project Board, Head of Project chief summoned to retrieve
comments and reach a consensus. After that, each project committee to get together to
understand and thorough work to be done ahead of each individual is:

Finance Committee: Consists of 2 people
