I. Warm up: (5')
Crossword Puzzle
(to help Ss revise the new words)
- Divide the class into small groups of 3-4
and distribute the handout. Ss do the puzzle in
their groups.

I have been using the services
provided by Thanh Ba Post Office
for years and I am writing in
response to your call for customers
to express their satisfaction or
dissatisfaction towards the post
office’s services.
Like many other customers, I find
your post office a well-equipped
and reliable address for our postal
and telecommunication needs.
Firstly, I am impressed by your
spacious place for transaction. The

seats in the lobby are pretty and
always clean. The nine telephone
boxes are always available so
customers do not have to wait to
make their calls.
