PROJECT MANAGERMENT ASSIGNMENT

I. Openning

developed countries around the world,the constant volatility of the stock market,

requires investors need to be wise market analysis, project analysis whether
needed or not. when to take a capital for investment in the project then whether
project was successful or not and whether to invest in projects effective or not, this
is the question for investors and answer the following are some information on
project management I've ever as project manager.
II. The importance of project management
Project management is a key factor determining the success of an organization.
Those are a clock potential risk and find solutions to overcome them. Project
management is essentially a plan to create a firm position for an organization to
climb the ladder of success; each organization must chalk out its own plan to
accomplish your goals and target predetermined. There is not one size fits all plan
be followed blindly. That is the difference in the planning and implementation of
project management to bring the desired results.
- Cost effectiveness
Project Management provides a roadmap for the journey of success, it is the
largest resource for managers to understand the resources available and the
methods they use needs. Therefore, with a plan in hand, it is easy to use resources
in the optimal way possible. Project Management, before launching a project,
determine the costs not related, thus reducing wastage of resources and thus ensure
cost effective in the long term.

Every business faces different risks, however, with a strategy in place, the risk

III. The basic elements of project management

Define the project
Due to the increasing demand in governance requires the application of high

tech jobs, even though management tried to sing from the development costs but

accounting software named "Accounting Sunsystem project”

The need for investment in projects

take considerable time. Now are using advanced tech and high tech style that still
use this excel file unprofessional and ineffective because by too many entries as
journalism should report. It will take months before completion into a report so it
can not meet the requirements for the decisions of the board of directors, even
after a few months to make decisions and when the economic situation and
financial resources should have been different if problems identified by its nontimely, proactive, leadership can not make judgments in the future vision.
For urgent needs today requires appropriate software to meet all necessary reports
to the board may decide the right time. To improve the current situation, after
carefully studying the market and the real needs of the company plus our company
decided to implement a project to install new software automatically, modern

accounting department, and the person in charge of this project is my finance
director

The role of the key personnel working in projects

When I deploy the project in collaboration with your colleagues, your co-head of

will write back to me on demand, however they also suggest me the way in which
other companies they make me see, if I have the same needs other companies.
They will write more on the programs so that reasonable and software companies
also to update the tax policies for my company to ensure two things: in accordance
with law and in accordance with my company.They also issue agreement for me.
+The third month: this is the test, they will install the server software and start
copying the data, after completion of work to get the ending balance of the year
before they will start input data and get access to collect report. Moreover, they
issue an acknowledgment of the work
+The fourth month: this is last month to fix the key word all errors in the operation
to avoid any potential risks if have any. At the same time they deploy short cut

* Control: in the course of my project as a project manager so I have to strictly
control the stages as well as review all of the expenses incurred if any, and
supervise the expenditure of money for project budget does not pass to the allowed
limit. Because my company was divide into four sections to make the two projects

Stakeholders and their roles

The project installed new software sunsystem the stakeholders is the
administrative office personnel, who will link to the payroll accounting software
for accounting costs. In addition to sale and marketing office, room operaton, and
all other departments within the company are stakeholders because, the accounting
department will take all of the costs, to collect or pay for accounting bookkeeping,
during implementation project, I will inform them and ask for their help for the
project to be implemented easily.
The role of this department is to support the finance and accounting office when issues
arise, related to his room and other stakeholders to work together to share each other so

all departments my company in this very important project, they helped and cooperated
with the accounting department very well.

The results of the project

The results of the project very well after 4 months of implementation of new
accounting software sunsytem and now over a year testing and trial, we can
conclude. This is the software companies expect, base on this software which
employees work significantly reduced my room, rather than before an employee at
the control documents. Another employee entered the data into excel file locally,
then the other a tax re-enter the data on tax and finally will have a staff of internal
audit department to control. So instead I have used before four people doing the
same job and now with the new accounting software. I just use an accountant is
able to do a job, one account will input into sotfware then machine will automatic
internal division and a second part is this is a tax and accounting lead to a full
check of work and will be adjusting entries if wrong somewhere. What is about
the cost savings have also have significant savings due to demand no more use, I
selected and the decision to transfer the idle staff in my department to other
departments if they need.
Therefore, the financial terms of the session, the project is effective, cost savings
for the company, in terms of management software to provide timely reports to the
leaders out of critical decisions when necessary. Overall, this is quite successful
project I have ever done the project management.
III. Ending
Project Management is the art of translation data and processes from the

specific work into useful information for decision making based information. The
scope includes focusing range project scale, execution time, and cost for the entire
project. The sequence analysis of logic in a project included: one is specified
targets, two given the necessary decisions, and three is the analysis and
interpretation of data. Finally give a system conclusions and recommendations
