• Objectives: By the end of the lesson, ss will be able to
- distinguish between the full form and contracted form of some auxiliaries.
- use the conjunctions such as SO, BUT, HOWEVER,.. in the sentences.

WARM – UP
Fill in the blank with AM, IS, ARE, or WILL:

Practice reading aloud the sentences.
- I think I’ll buy a motorbike .

II. GRAMMAR
Gap in the fill with a suitable word ( but, however, yet, although,
so, therefore):

They are used to express contrast / concession.

Exercise 1: Add so or but and a comma where appropriate.
