The Bio Poem

What is a Bio Poem?
A Bio Poem is a poem
about someone that
describes that person in
11 lines.
The first line is the person's first
name followed by a dash (-)
Examples:
CarmenLuisJosé-
The second line consists of
four adjectives describing the
person it's written about.
For example:
friendly, funny, responsible, nice
On the third line, it states brother of,
or sister of, and then the name(s) of
any siblings
For example:
sister of Mildred, Iris, and Marce
brother of Orlando
whom has no siblings
Line 4: Who loves, followed by three
different things that the person loves.
For example:
lover of life, her daughter, traveling
Line 5: Who feels (three different
feelings and when or where they are felt)
For example:
happy with her friends, relaxed with her
family, peaceful at home
Line 6: Who needs (three things the
person needs)
For example:
family, friends, and love
Line 7: Who gives (three different
things the person gives)
advice, love, friendship
Line 8: Who fears (three
different fears the person has)
roaches, failure, dying before her
daughter does
Line 9: Who would like to see (three
different things the person would like to
see)
her daughter become a
professional, her grandchildren,
and world peace
Line 10: Who lives (a brief
description of where the person
lives)
in Punta Santiago, in the town of
Humacao
The last line has a dash (-)
followed by the last name
-Zayas
