3. Mạo từ a/an/the.
- Ta dùng a / an khi ngời nghe cha biết ta nói về cái gì. Ta dùng the cho ngời hay vật đã đợc
nhắc đến trớc đó.

- Đứng trớc danh từ đếm đợc số ít.
- a + danh từ số ít bắt đầu bằng 1 phụ âm : a book, a chair, a pen.
