1. GREETINGS (chào hỏi)

2. PERSONAL PRONOUN (Đại từ nhân xưng)
 Đại từ nhân xưng giữ vai trò chủ ngữ trong câu (Subject).
 Dùng để thay thế cho danh từ được nói ở trước đó để tránh lặp lại.
