My role and responsibility as PMC for Architectural & Building services package includes:

rooms, Electrical & control rooms, Lab, Workshop in a 3 deck platform for EPC contactor to
carryout detailed engineering and construction works.

Principle Design Engineer
Iranian Offshore Oil Corporation (IOOC), RESHADAT, Iran
IOOC has proposed to build new offshore platforms for producing oil as a part of development
project from the existing demolished platforms. It consists of Living Quarters (40men
accommodation) platform, Process platform and Well Head platforms (W0 & W4). The detailed
design of the project is completed in 28 months with 1400 deliverables. 2500sqm of platform area is
conditioned with 6 HVAC system of 3000KW capacity with 100 % standby.
My role & responsibility as Building Services Package engineer includes:
- Prepare detailed design of HVAC & Plumbing system for all platforms.

- Prepare Design basis, Specifications and carryout Heat load calculations, Equipment selection,
D&ID, P&ID, Cause & Effect, Air flow diagram, Single line diagram, Ducting Layout, MR, MTO.
- Co-ordinate with clients, discipline engineers, vendors and designers to produce clash free
PDMS model.
- Attend HAZID & HAZOPs meetings to meet project requirement.

Medical facility, Laboratory, Dining & Kitchen spread in 1350sqm of area. Each building had its own
HVAC system with total capacity of 450KW.
Prepared Front End Engineering Design (FEED) for HVAC & plumbing services having 56
deliverables consisting of design basis, specification, SLD, layout & section drawings, calculation,
D&ID and P&ID.
Lead Design Engineer
Detail Design of LPG Filling station and Tank Farm facility for SONONGOL, Malange, Angola.
New tank farm and LPG filling station facility is proposed by SONONGOL at Malange for enhancing
the oil distribution network. The facility consists of Admin office, Control room, Medical facility,
Laboratory, Dining, Kitchen and Gate house spread in 1900sqm of area. Each building had its own
HVAC system with total capacity of 600KW.
My role & responsibility as Building services Package engineer includes:

QCON, Qatar – Control Room Building at Low sulphur condensate storage facility.
New Control & Switch gear building is proposed by QCON for storage of Low Sulphur condensate at
Ras-laffan. Building is spread with 4700sqm of area having 200kw of cooling requirement with 100%
standby.
My role includes detailed design of HVAC package, prepare design deliverables (45 numbers),
coordinate with client & discipline engineers and provide clash free drawings for construction.
Supreme Education Council Buildings at Qatar, QP
Supreme Education council at Qatar has proposed multiple building (5 numbers) project to serve
educational development and cater to educational growth in the region with Engineer support form
QP. Each building consists of offices, conference room, server room, Telecom room, Electrical
rooms, Kitchen, Library, Auditoriums and a Ventilated car park having total area of 55000sqm and
HVAC capacity of 900KW. Entire building is planned for LEED certification and registered.
My role & responsibility includes:
- Leading the Mechanical design team (12 numbers) to provide detail design & engineering of
Building services requirement.
- Review 340 numbers of deliverables from HVAC, Plumbing & fire fighting system

2) IT park of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Sholinganallur, Chennai
TCS IT Park is built in consultation with Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE) to meet the booming
demand of Software development. The project consist of 30 Software development office, Library,


Auditorium, Video Conference halls, Cafeteria, Server room etc. I lead the project to carry out the
HVAC system worth 1.9 Crores with 3 nos of 250Ton Water cooled Screw Chiller.
3) Abirami Mega Mall, Chennai - Multiplex commercial building
Abirami Mega mall is first of its kind to build in the region consisting of 14 shopping centre, 5
Theatres, 6 Restaurants, and kid game zone in one roof. I lead the project to carry out the HVAC
system worth 1.5 Crores with 2 nos of 150 Ton Water cooled Screw Chiller.

block. Chilled water is produced with 3 nos 40TR Air cooled Chiller package to provide HVAC and
Chilled Process water. The HVAC project work is INR 0.7 crores.
3) TN Telecommunication Limited, Chennai
The industry consists of Optic fibre cable production unit, Testing Lab, Storage area and Admin
building. The production unit is a clean room of class 10000 cleanliness. HVAC system is
provided with 3 nos of 40 Ton Air cooled DX systems worth INR 0.7 crores.
4) Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai
Eye hospital consists of Major & Mini Operation Theatres, Laboratory, Patient Waiting areas,
Stores and Doctors room. HVAC system is provided with 2Nos 60 Ton Air cooled DX system
worth INR 0.4 Crores.
