staf. They are very thoughtful. And the quality of the
equipment is very good.
B: Yes, I quite agree. However, the close time of this
office is quite early. It should be change to 10 PM.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Ha Linh, a customer of your Resort who use your services every year
whenever I go on holiday. I am writing in concern about your invitation to give
comments on your services ofered at your Resort and giving suggestions to
make them better.
In general, I think that you have ofered the best services in the field. For
example, I am always able to stay in a very comfortable room whenever I go
there. The food in your restaurant is delicious. I also like the activities you ofer
at night. They are vey funny and exciting. Most of all I appreciate the way your
staf do their tasks. They are so helpful, polite and thoughtful.
If I could, however, make some suggestion, that would be the fee to get the
laundry. It is a bit too high in compared with this in some other resort. Another
thing is that it is a bit inconvenient to hire a motorbike if I want to do some
sightseeing.
Thank you very much for your attention and I strongly hope that the next time
when I go there, I can find some changes.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is Thanh Hoa, a regular customer of Thanh Ba Post Office. I am writing in
reference to your invitation for comments about the services ofered at the post office and
suggestions for improving them.
I think generally, your services are very good quality. For example, I especially love the
Flower Telegram Service. It is much cheaper than many florists’ that I know. And there are
many types of flowers to choose from, too. I also like the Express Money Transfer Service. It
is speedy and efective and safe. And the Press Distribution service is always punctual and I
never lose any newspapers. I highly appreciate the fact that your staf are helpful and
courteous.
If I could make a suggestion, however, that would probably be about your business hours. I
think you close quite early. Sometimes I need to send an urgent fax late at night time but
the post office closes at 9pm. So I thought it may be a good idea to keep it open until 10
pm. And I notice that the telephone in the booth at the end of the corridor is not working
properly.
Thank you very much for your attention and hope that my suggestions will be put into your
consideration.
