I. Objective
At the end of this lesson , students will be able to get information about
some celebrations in the world

2. Vocabulary : occur, decorate, freedom, slavery, jewish, parade, passover, joyful
III. Techniques: Brainstorming ,Eliciting , What and where

I. Objective: At the end of this lesson , students will be able to
- give and respond to compliments.
- practice listening to fill in the missing words of the song.
II. Language content:
1. Structures: expressions to give compliments, revise passive voice
2. Vocabulary : well done, congratulation on, you’re welcome, charity, auld, Lang,
syne, thine, acquaintance.
III. Techniques:
gap-fill, multiple choice, repetition, rub out-remember, brainstorming,
situations
IV. Teaching aids: poster of the song and cassette.
