Dear Mr. President,
I'm writing to tell you about the problem of fish catching in the
lake behind my house. I'm really worried because people begin to
use electricity to catch fish. That is not only kill a lot of small
fish, other animals such as frogs, toads, but birds also die from
electricity shock waves. But what makes me worried most is lots
of fish died and floated on the water surface so the water is
becoming more and more polluted.
I would suggest that local authorities should prohibit and fine
heavily anyone catching fish in this way
