behaviors should also rise to many important point, different behavior.
However, organizations exist in many individuals but has the same purpose and to share the

To make the comment that got a result and validity depends on many factors such as:
+ The nature of the events.
+ Factors affecting the events.
+ The situation at the time remarked.
+ Personally on point of view.
+ Culture, knowledge and awareness level.
+ .. and .. etc…
However, in general, the criteria to create the basic criteria for people to navigate to and as a
basis to account for the phenomena going on around us.
In an organization or groups, diferrence individuals have different characteristics and behavior
..In the companies, the different characteristics to job performance are also different
Table Inquiries above is myself basis for the the trend of behavior. Depending on each situation
differently,we differently behaviors.
In my opinion, even in situations, behaviors are often impact by factors such as showing values
personalize, cognition, the emotions and attitudes of people.
Factors influence the impact of this enormous effectively on job of everybody and this also
shows in the MARS model of individual behavior and its consequences as follows:
Values
Motivation
Character.
on working

Sense on
job

Awareness

Behavior and
consequence

Emotionals and attitude
Ability
Sitution
factors
Stress
In terms of orientation behavior in the future, we can objectives to promote the strengths, such
as : Extrovert, provides opportunities for myself in communication, and expanding relationships
with environmental activities are transformation.
Limit weaknesses such as narrow communication environment, the work tends closed and
details. Etc….
Always directed to the objectives value in jobs such as health, freedom, independent, creative
work.
EXAMPLE :
At the time 07 years ago, around 2002. At the same time I received 02 Job Offer for two
different jobs:
+ A job in the financial sector with the principles of working time, working process, the detailed
figures and countless other binding regulations. Daily work are the same.
+ A business of FMCG products and together with the flexible working time, the evolution
4

factor on the market is always changing quickly and require decisions that are always in time
and based on judgment and emotional agility.
My final decision is to work in the financial sector .Nearly 1 year of service, with each
passing day I was extremely bored by the pressure and nature of their jobs are the same each
day and only package fits within the the main office buildings.
I decided to switch jobs to a multinational company trading in consumer famous products.
The work requires constant contact with numerous customers request them from arising and to
be solved immediately.
The work also requires constantly moving in and abroad, the nature of work is always

changing, business environment is always changing .Howerver, I totally did not see any
pressure on the contrary, nature of their jobs to bring more interesting and I work every day is a
day dedicated and interesting to me.
By above actual and through the actual exercise Big 5 and MBTI. I realized that, the decision is
inconsistent with my character did not bring in work efficiency. Work in the financial sector is
not appropriate to the character as myself.
Job in consumer goods companies were more consistent with my character because:
+ Work outward nature, the relationships are constantly changing, can communicate with
different people and different cultures.
+ The opportunities are out there at the moment, many decisions in favor of the senses. The
work required the ability to quickly adapt themselves to circumstances.
+ The conflict always present and that is the inevitable result of a society.
+ Work needs to be well planned and easy balance between work and other values of life.
Through my real, we see that. The most accurately determine their characteristics can help us
make decisions more accurately and help us the most reasonable behavior for the relationship
systems around us.
Besides the factors affecting the behavior, the job also has many other factors affecting
performance and success in work such as; salary, income, corporate culture, training, . etc.. We
can refer to the importance of other factors affecting the success and effectiveness in their work
alongside personality and value each individual as the chart below the trend reported in 2011 by
personnel Company IBG consulting and training

to you for each of the two lists. Study each list and think of how much each value may act as a

Q1. Which is your most natural energy orientation? Every person has two faces. One is directed
towards the OUTER world of activities, excitements, people, and things. The other is directed inward to
the INNER world of thoughts, interests, ideas, and imagination.
While these are two different but complementary sides of our nature, most people have an innate
12

preference towards energy from either the OUTER or the INNER world. Thus one of their faces, either
the Extraverted (E) or Introverted (I), takes the lead in their personality development and plays a
more dominant role in their behavior.
Extraverted Characteristics
 Act first, think/reflect later
 Feel deprived when cut off from interaction
with the outside world
 Usually open to and motivated by outside
world of people and things

Enjoy wide variety and change in people
relationships

Introverted Characteristics
 Think/reflect first, then Act
 Regularly require an amount of "private time"
to recharge batteries
 Motivated internally, mind is sometimes so
active it is "closed" to outside world
Prefer
one-to-one
communication
and
relationships

. Q2. Which way of Perceiving or understanding is most "automatic" or natural?
The Sensing
(S) side of our brain notices the sights, sounds, smells and all the sensory details of the PRESENT. It
categorizes, organizes, records and stores the specifics from the here and now. It is REALITY based,
dealing with "what is." It also provides the specific details of memory & recollections from PAST events.
The Intuitive (N) side of our brain seeks to understand, interpret and form OVERALL patterns of all the
information that is collected and records these patterns and relationships. It speculates on
POSSIBILITIES, including looking into and forecasting the FUTURE. It is imaginative and conceptual.
While both kinds of perceiving are necessary and used by all people, each of us instinctively tends to
favor one over the other.

Sensing Characteristics
 Mentally live in the Now, attending to present
opportunities
 Using common sense and creating practical
solutions is automatic-instinctual
 Memory recall is rich in detail of facts and past
events
 Best improvise from past experience
Like clear and concrete information; dislike
guessing when facts are "fuzzy"

Choose which best fits:

Intuitive Characteristics
 Mentally live in the Future, attending to future
possibilities
 Using imagination and creating/inventing new
possibilities is automatic-instinctual

and connections
 Best improvise from theoretical understanding
Comfortable with ambiguous, fuzzy data and with
guessing its meaning.

Q3. Which way of forming Judgments and making choices is most natural?
The
Thinking (T) side of our brain analyzes information in a DETACHED, objective fashion. It operates
from factual principles, deduces and forms conclusions systematically. It is our logical nature. The
Feeling (F) side of our brain forms conclusions in an ATTACHED and somewhat global manner, based
on likes/dislikes, impact on others, and human and aesthetic values. It is our subjective nature. While
everyone uses both means of forming conclusions, each person has a natural bias towards one over
the other so that when they give us conflicting directions - one side is the natural trump card or
tiebreaker.

. Q4. What is your "action orientation" towards the outside world? All people use both judging
(thinking and feeling) and perceiving (sensing and intuition) processes to store information, organize
our thoughts, make decisions, take actions and manage our lives. Yet one of these processes (Judging
or Perceiving) tends to take the lead in our relationship with the outside world . . . while the other
governs our inner world. A Judging (J) style approaches the outside world WITH A PLAN and is
oriented towards organizing one's surroundings, being prepared, making decisions and reaching
closure and completion.
A Perceiving (P) style takes the outside world AS IT COMES and is adopting and adapting, flexible,
open-ended and receptive to new opportunities and changing game plans.
Judging Characteristics
 Plan many of the details in advance before
moving into action.
 Focus on task-related action; complete
meaningful segments before moving on.
 Work best and avoid stress when keep ahead of
deadlines.
