Hello, my name’s Mai Anh. Now I’m learning in the first year at Foreign
Trade university. I study in external economic which belongs to economic in
my university. I have to learn all that relating to economic but in the first
year I just have to learn some basic subjects such as mathmatics,
macroeconomic, microeconomic, phylosophy and basic law.
Foreign trade university is the one of the most qualitative university in Viet
Nam. In that university, students have chance to complete themselves, make
themselves more confident, more active and creative. I’m very happy to be a
student of this university. The professional teachers train students in friendly
way and enthusiasmly. About the subjects, we learn in basic and were taught
in five months per one semester.
I chose Foreign Trade university because of two reason. The main reason is
that it deliver from my passion. I love problems relating to economic. I like
figures, logic and reason. When I was in primary school, I’m the best pupil
at math, and gradually I ‘m more excited about science subjects. The second
reason is that my family hopes I can earn more money thanh they have done
now. My parents are both workers, the salary is quite low so I and my sister
also have some limitation in our study and extra activities. I wish I can do
something to help my parents, decrease difficulties they have to face with in
daily life. I think my choice is suitable, in this university I can show my
ability and get my goals easily. Learning in Foreign Trade university, I also
have a chance to estimate again myself, improve myself quickly because
there are many excellent students in here and all of them have private ability.
If I get this scholarship, I will plan long stay and short stay for my future. In
the first year, I will take part in some training course to improve my skills.
My English isn’t so good so I will join in quality class to make process.
Beside, I will apply some courses to develop skills which is necessary for
economist such as bargaining, communicating…When I learn in second year
and third year, may be I find part time job to make experience in this field or
creat micro ideal about business. I will try my best to get high certification
from university, good certification is the ticket for me to apply good job. I

hope I can get this scholarship, if have it I will do many things I have
dreamed before.
Now I’m in the first year student, so I don’t know exactly about types of
manager of diferent fields but I still bring up my dream. I’m a new
generation of my country so I have many plan to make country richer and
richer. May be in the field of economic, I will learn in my best to make
something new, something useful to speed up economic of Viet Nam. After


learning at Foreign Trade university, I will learn more deeply about ecomic
to complete my knowledge. I will be more confident with huge brain
