4. Discription
Dynamics of Structures is a basic course which provides the concepts, principles and
methods for dynamic response analysis of structures. The course content is refered to that of the
well-known Universities in the world as MIT, AIT… It is an important area in both theory and
application in the field of Engineering Mechanics. The knowledge anable the master students to
carry out the researchs in their theses or practical applications. The cousre is related to the
subjects as Strutural Mechanics, Finite Element Method, Theory of Plates and Shells…
5. Aims of Course
To provide the master students with the Theory of Structural Dynamics ranging from
concepts, principles and methods of analysis. With the gained knowledge, they can perform
their Master Theses or Practical Researches.
