II. Procedures
1. Warm up: Have Ss to list some kinds of houses they like
Suggestions: Villa, town house, country house, stilt, skyscraper, palace, houseboat,
motorhome
2. Presentation

3. Listen and read
* Set the scene: You are going to listen to the conversation between Phong and
Nick about Phong’s future house
* Exercise 1.a:
- Give instruction
- Ask Ss to work individually
- Ask them to discuss with their partners

• use “ might” to talk about future possibility

• 1. Warm up: Chatting using “ will”

• - Use: To talk about actions we think are likely to happen in the future
