internship report.
Finally, in this internship, I recognize a lot of new things as well as learn a lot of

PREFACE
We know that the import-export integration of our country is constantly evolving, it
bring encouraging signs. But the increase in our country also poses new problems in
the transport of goods, especially international transport. So, Import-export activities
have become a very important factor in the transportation of goods, it isn't only facility
the expansion of trade but also contributes significantly to the export and import
business. In the face of the needs of real economy, freight forwarding activities in
Vietnam are taking steps to positive on the way to complete and develop. From here,

the delivery structure is formed and developed of industrial. This is opportunities as
well as challenges for transporters and freight forwarders, especially in the current
competitive market.
Forwarders must always research and take advantage of domestic and foreign policies.
Transportation to meet the increasing demands of forwarding activities. Forwarders
must constantly improve their knowledge, professional expertise. The forwarder should
firmly grasp and make good use of the provisions of the law and understand the relevant
international practices to ensure that goods are safely and quickly at low cost. This is
not only helps to complete the delivery of goods, high profits in business but also
increased the prestige of Vietnamese enterprise in particular and in general in the
international market.
I found that the importance of the forwarding industry. I choose the freight forward
department of NSX CO., LTD with the subject of internship report “THE PROCESS
OF IMPORTED DELIVERIES BY AIRWAY IN NSX CO., LTD”.

CHAPTER I: GENERAL INTRODUCTION ABOUT NSX COMPANY
LIMITED
1.1. The process of formation and development
Many years ago, thanks to the development of commercial transport by the airway,
the transport service business became popular. NSX Company Limited was
established IN March 2012, thanks to grasping the trend of transport service. NSX
Company Limited is freight forwarding company professional goods. With the
collaboration of experience members in the fields of freight and international
shipping, when it is establish so far, the NSX Company Limited bring to our
customers the best solutions for transporting international goods – domestic as well
as services related such as customs declaration, warehouse service.

NSX Company Limited has the professional, extensive experience and
achievement team work skills in the area of international transportation in the many
years. NSX CO., LTD through the following services: air transportation; sea freight
FCL, LCL cargo; multimodal transport; inland transport; customs tax return with all
kinds of goods in all the gate; rent of factory, warehouse and distribution of the
goods.
The company is founded in 2012 so far, from a small company but it have gradually
affirmed its position on the market for domestic freight forwarders. With the
sustainable development strategy, NSX Company Limited looking forward to the
long-term cooperative relationships with customers, partners. So far, the company
have cooperative with many loyal customers from domestic and foreign.
I think that the NSX Company Limited reap the foundation for the development
together continuous efforts of the company in the period of intense competition
today.

1.2. Field of activity of NSX Company Limited.
NSX Company Limited is a specialize company in the field of activity delivery as
international of transport and forwarding, import and export cargo, agents, advice
on the issue of delivery. The company is freight forwarder all the domestic and
foreign business activities in the fields of transport forwarding and import – export
goods.
In addition, company have delegation services for warehousing, forwarding, rental
and leasing warehouse, store charges with transport by the package contract delivery
(door to door) and perform other services relation to the goods such as
consolidation, division, retail, import and export procedures, customs clearance,
cargo insurance and purchase of goods delivery to the carrier. Besides, company

also associated with economic organizations home and abroad in the fields of
transport, forwarding, chartering. The company through the joint venture, foreign
and external links to perform the logistics, transport of good by means of reasonable
safety, advance on the line, the transportation, improve transport, transfer, storage
and warehouse, freight forwarding and cargo safely secure in the scope of
responsibility of the company.
The company research the market situation logistical services, forwarding to the
appropriate measures to ensure the interests of the parties when sign the contract.

1.3. Organizational structures in the NSX Company Limited
The company have a medium scale organization structure of a company is quite
simple. However, the department Director and Chief Executive is manager directly.

Currently, I am practicing in the Delivery Department. The departments create the
main income for the operation of the company. After the Director assigned, parts

logistics to undertake the implementation of operations of forwarders from the
preparation of documents relating to the shipment or import, such as C/O, AWB,

B/L, D/Q, on export declarations. Receiving goods from warehouse shipping
production units of the export business to delivery and vice versa for goods delivery
department is the import. Parts directly implemented, complete the contract delivery
company.

1.4. The operating results business service of company in the period 2014 –
2016
In 2014 – 2016, recently years is difficult because the impact of the global crisis,
rising inflation but thanks to having seasoned experience along the direction and
management of the Director has made the planned out with good results achieved
and that is for a new development – oriented competition situation on the market of
business today.
Based on changes in the situation in the recent year, I can assess overall performance
results are as follows:

Comments: The table tells us that business revenue of the company is constantly
growing. Specific such as:
Revenue: 2015 revenue up 25.6% compared with the 2014 corresponding increase
of nearly 2.1 billion. 2016 increase 26.9% compared with the corresponding 2015
increased more than 2.7 billion. Strategic business with reasonable force, helped the
company get more customers with the main goal is to find, attract, create customer
trust, maintain the partner had. It helped companies with revenue increasing.

Expense: The cost in 2015 compared to 2014 increased by more than 600 million
correspond contract. In 2016 compared to 2015 increased by 36.9% over the
corresponding increase of 2.1 billion. The main cause still revolves around the issue
of the whole world is subject to the economic crisis and the logistics costs rise and
having some difficulties in the process of customs clearance procedures exportsimports of goods.
Profits: Profits increased dramatically in 2015 compared to 2014 increased by
57.98% i.e. over 1.4 billion respectively. 2016 still increased but not significantly

from 12.9% in 2015 corresponding to over 500 million. Although most affected and
influenced by the economy, the company still ensures profitable operation of the
company. This proves that the company has developed well during the current
economic downturn.
CHAPTER 2: THE PROCESS OF IMPORTED DELIVERIES BY THE
AIRWAY IN NSX COMPANY LIMITED.

2.1. Overview about imported deliveries by the airway in NSC Company
Limited
2.1.1. Concept
Service delivery of goods: it means commercial services, staff do service delivery
of the goods received from customers, the organizations unit to the transportation,
storage, warehousing. Staff does the paperwork and other services relate to the
delivery to the goods under the trust of customers

2.2. The process of delivery of imported goods by the airway in NSX
Company Limited.
2.2.1. General concept
2.2.1.1. Sign service contracts with customers
After looking for demand and customer information, seller give the price. If
customers agree the price, both of parties sign the contract.
2.2.1.2. Receive and check the documents
After received the documents of customer, we check the documents. This is an
important whole process because each document has a relationship to each other.
Staff voucher check the authenticity of documents. The contents check in the
documents, include
Check the Commercial Contracts number and date of the contract on the invoice,
number and date of the invoice, seller information, description of the goods (item

name, quantity, unit price, total value), conditions of delivery basis (FOB, CIP,
CFR…), method of payment.
Check the Packing List including the invoice number and date on the Packing List,
the description of the goods (name, quantity), unit weight, net weight, gross weight,
specifications Packaging, type package.
Check the Air Waybill number and date of AWB, container number, seal number;
Information about a shipper, consignee, cargo, volume; Name of shipment, ship
name, loading port, port of discharge; Name, quantity, net weight, weight; Date

2.2.1.3. Customs declaration

Preparation of documents necessary to open the declaration of customs records
include customs declaration, sale contract of goods, commercial invoice, packing
list, Air Way Bill, letter of introduction of customer.

* Note
Custom Declaration on Electronic Imports on ECUS5 / VNACCS software
consists of two copies: one copy is kept for custom, one is kept for E-customs

declarer. It printed by the Custom Department. The declaration have the number of
receive and declaration number.
Process E-customs declaration.
Step 1: Staff forwarder make e-customs declaration on ECUS5 / VNACCS
software. Business can link data transmission to customs reception system. The
software must complete and accurately fill in the information on the declaration
form.
Step 2: Staff forwarder declare electronic declarations and make e-customs
declaration. Staff forwarder received the number of custom system because the
steps gave to send e-customs declaration.
Step 3: After customs staff received the result of electronic declaration. Customs
staff will handle and respond. Customs staff based on this feedback result the
business. If the enterprise is a full custom declaration, the customs staff will
license the declaration number to the business.
Step 4: Forwarder staff check and handle the declaration. After forwarder staff
received the declaration number, the forwarder staff continues to wait for the
customs staff to see the result of group the declaration form.
Customs declarations are classified into 3 groups:
Blue stream isn't check of detail examination records and physical inspection of
goods.
Golden stream isn’t check from physical inspection of goods, records transferred
through the assessment department for detail examination of records. If valid,
without errors then the customs staff will do the customs clearance procedures on

the import custom declaration.

Red stream, the file is transfer to the physical inspection department. The customs
staff will check 5%, 10% or 100% of goods for customs inspection.
Step 5: The forwarder staff complete customs clearance and customs clearance.
Customs clearance at the port
Step 1: The delivery company opens the import declaration and the declaration of
value conforming to the criteria and standard format of the General Department of
Customs.
Step 2: The delivery company receives feedback from the custom’s officer on the
number of declarations, the results of the declaration and the amount of tax payable.
Then print the declaration received by the custom’s officer (2 copies) and sign and
seal the declaration
Step 3: Pay the customs fees and taxes payable at the port according to the amount
inscribed on the vouchers recording the payable tax amounts sent by the Customs
Department to the companies.
There are two ways to pay tax:
+ Pay tax in cash if the tax is small
+ Transfer to tax collector accounts at commercial banks if large tax amount
Step 4: The forwarder takes the documents to the custom’s officer for submission,
after checking the validity of the documents
2.2.1.4. Authorization letter
After declaring the e-customs, document staff continues to issue the authorization
letter to customers with the following contents: Authorizer, address, flight, date
arrive of Goods, House Air Waybill, goods description, quantity…

In the carriage of goods by air, the consignee is the person who has the right to
issue authorize letter to anyone to go to Customs and to receive the goods.
2.2.1.5. Customs procedures
The forwarder must prepare the full application. Next, employees need to pay taxes
at the customs office. After that, the consignee shall carry out procedures for goods
declaration and import at the airport.
2.2.1.6. Delivery to customers
Staff forwarder need to take the goods out of the warehouse area. At the same
time, staff forwarder need to hire a car to transport goods to customers.
After that, staff forwarder signs the delivery of goods with the owner of the
vehicle to certify the quantity in process to delivery of goods.
2.2.1.7. Settle service charges with customers
After completing the customs clearance for the goods and delivery to the customer
warehouse finished goods. At this time, the freight forwarder will calculate the
costs in the handling process, including cost of renting goods vehicles to
customers, customs cost of the business, cost incur during the cargo handling,
customs fees.

2.2.2. Procedures for delivery of the Goods imports in the NSX
Company Limited.
2.2.2.1. Sign service contract with customers.
Vinh Thien Khang Co., Ltd is long-term relationship with NSX CO., LTD. Thanks
to trust from Vinh Thien Khang Co., Ltd, they authorize to NSX Co., Ltd. After

satisfactory agreement, both parties sign the contract. NSX Co., Ltd will receive
the goods SEFAR TELEX DLW 05-8000-C030265CM.
2.2.2.2. Receive and check documents.

After checking the validity and suitability of this document compared to the
contract signed by the two parties, Vinh Thien Khang Co., Ltd. will give NSX
Limited Company the following documents


Letters of introduction of Vinh Thien Khang Co., Ltd have signed and

stamped by the Director (01 letter of introduction for import / export staff to the
airport, take the D / O and a letter of recommendation for import / export staff make
forward custom’s clearance): 02 originals


Arrival Notice of airlines: 01 copies



Sale Contracts: 01 copy



Packing List: 01 originals



Commercial Invoice: 01 originals



House Air Waybill: 01 originals




Certificate of Origin: 01 originals

At this time, documents staff will thoroughly check the following contents
including the commercial contract, the commercial invoice, the packing list, the
Air waybill.

The above documents have related contents that coincide with the verification. This
is the first step, so check the content thoroughly. If there is any error, the reception
will be in trouble, custom and procedures will not be uniform, spend more time.
After check documents, documents staff see that the documents need uniform.
Receive the good arrive
After delivery for forwarder, the Goods are transported and arrive at the warehouse
Tan Son Nhat airport, the forwarder receive notify of the goods from fax or email
to Vinh Thien Khang Co., Ltd. Vinh Thien Khang Co., Ltd will give to arrive notify
of the goods to NSX Co., Ltd. Staff of NSX Co., Ltd will receive information from
Arrival Notice.

Usually, Arrival Notice have information: shipper, consignee, flights, port of cargo
loading, port of discharge of goods, number bill, estimated time to ship, goods
information
After receive Arrive Notify, staff need to prepare documents procuration, Air
Waybill, invoice (originals), packing list (originals), freight bill.
Next, the staff forwarder make to customs declaration
2.2.2.3. Customs declaration
Step 1: Preparation of documents necessary to open the declaration of customs
records include sale contract, commercial invoice, packing list, House Air Way Bill
(HAWB), arrival notice, letter of introduction of customer.
After having all necessary documents, the staff of NSX Ltd open the e-customs
declaration software, click on "Access" as below:
