Now all company’s staff is fully provided desktop computer or laptop. Company is using
Local Area network in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City, information sharing, database,

Design of data security: Ensuring information safety, data security for a long
time is a great concern to IT staff, we understand that system of information storage is
extremely important and not everyone can access and manipulate with them. To satisfy
demand for information safety and security, we provide model of three-layer protection
as follows:
Protected by Network operating system: Windows Server provides a way to protect
and prevent unauthorized access and manipulation on the network by providing a
person username, password and the rights. Based on the rights given, the user will
only be accessed and processed the information handed over.
Protected by security mechanisms of the database management system: SQL Server
is integrated with Windows server to allow users to have rights on each data that it
stores. Users can access the network but still have to provide for SQL Server
username and password to access the database you need.
Protected by application: The application program we develop offers functions that
allow the system administrator to grant permission to each user. Depending on the
rights of each person, program allows that person to interfere with some functions of

Initial protection: This depends on how company manages computer devices
protection such as: protection and security of server system, workstation and local
area network. Implementation of necessary protective measures to ensure that only
staff with new tasks can use the workstation and server systems.
Backup data: Windows server, SQL Server allows user to schedule automatic data
backup to other storage devices such as Tape, CD-ROM or Hard Disk. With Tape or
CD-ROM storage technology currently, with very low price, users are easy to have
copy of data keeping in secure place to prevent incidents happenning to systems. In
addition, SQL Server and Windows server also provides function to restore data from
the storage device to system easily.
Clustering Technology: To ensure continuous server operation, system will need to
add another server to Backup for current server. Both servers will run under the
control of clustering mechanism. When main server fails, the other server will
automatically assume a major role. User’s transaction is done as usual and does not
see any unusual phenomena.
