1. BACKGROUND AND TRAINING OBJECTIVES
1.1.

Background:


The plant is going to operate from 1.11.2012, thus 150 new hired staff
must be trained to be fully capable and ready to work at production
lines from that date.

1.2.

Training objectives:

After the training program, every employee will:
- Have an overview of production line and it’s processes
- Be fully aware of job requirements at every process and be well
equipped with knowledge and necessary skills so that they can work
at any process
- Be experienced in real process so that they can work right after the
training program
- Have good awareness of occupational Hygiene
- Have good awareness of working regulations and occupational heath
and safety, and fire fighting.

2. TRAINING PROGRAM OVERVIEW

At zone A, C, and D of plant and in production line

Training Classes

150 trainees will be divided into 3 classes, 50 trainees per class. This
classification serves for the purpose of helping trainer easily to support and
manage trainees and helping trainees to more focus to what delivers by the
trainer and have more time to exercise at real production line and get more
experience to be more capable to work.
Training at 3 classes will be delivered at the same time and the training
contents will be scheduled differently among the classes to maximize the
training time.

Trainers Appointment

2.4.1.

Occupational Hygiene và Fire fighting: It is proposed to invite

trainer from local authorities to of Department of Health and Fire
fighting police to make sure the training content is closely aligned


with local regulations and to enhance the good relationship with the
local authorities.
2.4.2.

For contents of Working Regulations and Working skill at


production line: It is proposed to appoint from 3 to 5 internal
trainers from high qualified engineers who are experience in
production line setting up and were trained by the plant partner.
