1. Delay report

2. Cargo damage report

3. Customs network has been lost
Dear Samkwang,
I would like to inform you that customs network has been broken, so we can not


finish customs declaration right now. IT’s customs is resolving this problem. When
the network is recovered, we will complete CD and delivery the shipment asap.
