NHỮNG THÔNG TIN CHUNG

3. Địa điểm:
Số điện thoại: 4. Sự cần thiết của việc thành lập trung tâm
Tỉnh Thanh Hóa là một trong những địa phương đầy tiềm năng, dồi dào tài nguyên
thiên nhiên và hiện đang có tốc độ tăng trưởng kinh tế khá tốt, Huyện Nga Sơn là một
trong những hạt nhân của tỉnh. Hiện tại Tỉnh Thanh Hóa nói chung và huyện Nga Sơn
nói riêng đang có nhiều chính sách ưu đãi cho các nhà đầu tư, điều này có thể nói rằng
đây là vùng đất năng động trong kinh tế, xã hội. Với những lợi thế nêu trên tỉnh Thanh
Hóa nói chung và Huyện Nga Sơn nói riêng đang cần nhiều lao động có trình độ ngoại
ngữ có thể đáp ứng nhu cầu lao động trong tỉnh nhà và cho khu vực. Bên cạnh đó, hiện
tại Huyện Nga Sơn chưa có Trung tâm ngoại ngữ đáp ứng đủ nhu cầu việc học cho học
sinh , dân cư nơi đây. Đứng trước nhu cầu bức thiết đó, là những người có điều kiện
tiếp xúc hàng ngày với tri thức mới, công nghệ mới, chúng tôi mong muốn mang những
kiến thức, những kinh nghiệm và những ứng dụng thực tế chia sẻ cùng xã hội, mang
kiến thức nền tảng đến cho mọi người .
Trước thực tế đó, chúng tôi có nguyện vọng xin được thành lập Trung tâm Anh Ngữ để
đáp ứng nhu cầu học tập của rất nhiều nguồn nhân lực. Dưới đây chúng tôi xin trình
bày đề án thành lập Trung tâm Anh Ngữ Handu English Thanh Hóa.

5. Cơ sở pháp lý
- Căn cứ Luật Giáo dục năm 2005; Căn cứ Nghị định số 75/2006/NĐ-CP ngày
02/8/2006 Quy định chi tiết và hướng dẫn thi hành một số điều của Luật giáo dục.
- Căn cứ Nghị định số 34/2008/NĐ-CP ngày 25/3/2008 Quy định về tuyển dụng và
quản lý người nước ngoài làm việc tại Việt Nam.
- Căn cứ Quyết định số 30/2008/QĐ-BGDĐT ngày 06/6/2008 Quyết định ban hành quy
định về tổ chức đào tạo, bồi dưỡng kiểm tra và cấp chứng chỉ ngoại ngữ, tin học theo
chương trình giáo dục thường xuyên.

Về việc ban hành quy chế tổ chức và hoạt động của Trung tâm Ngoại ngữ - Tin học.
- Căn cứ thông tư 01/2014/TT-BGDĐT ngày 24/01/2014 về việc ban hành khung năng
lực ngoại ngữ 6 bậc dùng cho Việt Nam với mục đích đối tượng và mức độ tương thích
với khung tham chiếu Châu Âu
II.

MỤC TIÊU, CHỨC NĂNG VÀ NHIỆM VỤ CỦA TRUNG TÂM
1. Mục tiêu:
Đào tạo học viên theo các chương trình bồi dưỡng ngoại ngữ đáp ứng nhu cầu của
người dân.
2. Chức năng và nhiệm vụ của Trung tâm Anh Ngữ Handu English
a. Tổ chức thực hiện hoạt động đào tạo, bồi dưỡng với các chương trình tiếng Anh

phù hợp với quy định của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo, các quy định pháp luật.
b. Xây dựng và tổ chức thực hiện quy hoạch, kế hoạch phát triển trung tâm phù hợp
với quy hoạch, kế hoạch phát triển giáo dục của cả nước, địa phương và của cơ sở.
c. Xây dựng cơ sở vật chất, kỹ thuật đáp ứng các yêu cầu hoạt động của trung tâm.
d. Thực hiện các công việc khác có liên quan đến tiếng Anh như biên dịch, phiên

dịch.
e. Liên kết tổ chức kiểm tra, cấp chứng chỉ cho các học viên của trung tâm đã
hoàn thành chương trình theo quy định của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo.
f. Điều tra nhu cầu học tập ngoại ngữ trên địa bàn, nghiên cứu, tổng kết, rút kinh
nghiệm về tổ chức và hoạt động của trung tâm nhằm nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo, bồi
dưỡng.
g. Quản lý tài chính, tài sản của trung tâm theo quy định của pháp luật.
h. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo quy định của pháp luật.

Phòng hành chính: lễ tân, kế toán diện tích 20 mét vuông, giáo viên chuẩn bị bài và đồ
dùng trước khi lên lớp

Phòng học : 01 phòng có diện tích 28m2, 01 phòng có diện tích 20m2

Khu vệ sinh: có 2 phòng vệ sinh bên cạnh lớp học

Bãi để xe: có khu vực để xe tách riêng
Tất cả các Phòng học được thiết kế đầy đủ ánh sáng tự nhiên vào ban ngày và ánh sáng điện

đảm bảo vào buổi tối, được trang bị bảng tương tác thông minh, máy chiếu và nhiều dụng cụ
học tập và trợ giảng thiết yếu, sắp xếp bàn ghế phù hợp.
