SIZING


DESCRIPTIONS
Squid ( Logio edulis, Loligo Chinensis, Loligo spp)
- Raw material is contain in the tray, preserving indirect by ice, temp of
material  40C and transported by refrigerated truck to the factory .
- Raw materials are tested for temperature and sensory before
processing.
- All raw materials that not meet the factory’s specification will be
rejected.
- Put material on the inox table for sizing (as soon as possible).
- Temp of material  60C
- Sizing: 6-8cm/pc and 8-12 cm/pc

- NOT FOUND impurities in the material.
- Net weight: 5kgs/block
- Size: 6-8 cm/pc: flocking
- Size 8-12 cm/pc: arranging into 4 line on the surface (1 layer)

- Add 300 ml water into box (semi- block), temp of water ≤ 40C.
- Temperature: from – 38oC to – 45oC
-The central temperature of product after freezing must reach to – 180C.
- Glazing for preserving, temperature of glazing water  40C
- Putting: 1block/PE, sealing


PACKING


- 2 PE/carton.
- Carton is banded with 4 cord.

- Carton must be clearly marked with name of good , type , size , net
weight , production date , name and address of enterprise “ made in
Indonesia `.
STORING



- Finished products must be kept in cold storage.
- Temperature - 200C ± 20C.
