Up-to-date, poverty, starvation, diseases are still the biggest threats to many
developing countries. Although the financial aid from the rich countries sounds
reasonable, this is not an effective approach to these problems. At this time, health
and medical aid may be a more necessary choice.
Apparently, without a good health you cannot do anything. The poorly
productive industry in these countries is not only because the technology is out-ofdate, but it’s also because the workers are not healthy enough to do these jobs. A
better medical service will improve the resident’s life and quality of working.
Children with a good health care service will develop completely both physic and
mental. They are the main factors to accelerate the whole education, also the future
of a country.
The medical aid can prevent the appearance, as well as the infection of the
new viruses, diseases, this contributes to the global development. Five years ago,
we all lived with scare when the Ebola disease broke out. If the poor countries had
had better medical services to prevent the spread of this infection, Ebola would not
have been the worldwide worry. The rich countries should provide the poor with
advanced medical devices, so that they can give their resident more careful medical
examinations. Moreover, that is also an effective way to prevent the spread of the
new infection before it’s too late.
To say the truth, the financial aid is not a bad way to support the poor.
However, the money will become useless if it isn’t used in a proper way. The
developed countries should invest in a right area in order to gain the best result.
In conclusion, health and medical must be regarded as the top priority the
rich should do to assist the developing countries. For a world without starvation,
death, diseases, more should be done to help the poor countries beside medical,
such as technology, education…etc.
